Znači sve pohvale ovoj rent-a-car firmi na ljubaznosti susretljivosti i na floti odličnih novih auta. Ono što me najviše dojmilo je susretljivost, fleksibilnost, te izlazak u susret meni. Agent Dino se pretrgao da mi pomogne i ugodi na najbolji mogući način. Tražio sam malo veći auto za duži put, dobio sam novu Škodu Octaviu, koja je blistala od čistoće i komfora. I rented a car in Zagreb and returned it in Zadar a few days later. The car was in perfect condition upon return, and the process itself was smooth. However, I was surprised to see a €64 charge for fuel plus a €25 refueling fee, totaling €89 - despite the agent in Zagreb telling me it would be cheaper to let the company handle refueling. I drove around 435 km in a Dacia, and if I had refueled it myself, it would have cost around €39, not €89. I understand a service fee may apply, but this charge felt excessive and was poorly communicated. The rental itself was fine, but the lack of price transparency left a bad impression.

I've rented from this location in Zagreb several times without issue. The cars are always clean, new and ready at the selected pick-up time. We recently booked a one-day rental an hour before the requested pickup time, and upon arrival, it had not yet shown up in their system. Nonetheless, a big thanks to Mateo for still getting us into a car (nicer than the one reserved) and on our way promptly.

Vrhunska kvaliteta usluge i samog vozila. Informirani smo o svemu vezano uz osiguranje te smo oduševljeni što smo ga uzeli jer smo imali malo puknuće na šajbi prilikom povrata vozila. Ništa nije naplaćeno jer kako kažu “pokriveni ste za sva oštećenja” Hvala Marku na vrhunskoj usluzi i prijateljskom pristupu.
