Prevaranti!!!nikako nije za preporuku,rezerviso sam Auto od 12.04- 19.04 iznos je bio na Aplikaciji 110€ kada sam stigo na Aerodrom počeli su na šalteru neki fazioni tipa uzmi i ovo osiguranje bla bla doslo je na preko 200€ nakraj…da bi me posle 4 dana zaustavila policija i sazno da Auto uopste nije ni registrovan Registracija izasla 11.04 znači pre datuma iznajmljivanja i vratio Auto odma 17.04,preuzimač Auta u Grazi samo ćutao nista nije reko kad sam mu to preneo sta su uradili i nakraj mi odbili sa kartice 358€… Nikad vise ovaj Rent!!!!!

Не вернули залог в 500 €. Уже 3 месяца я связываюсь с ними, а деньги так и не вернули. И еще перестали отвечать на сообщения.

I frequently rent cars in different countries (including various branches of the same companies), and I’m genuinely shocked by how blatantly dishonest the staff of this particular agency in Serbia is. I booked a car 10 days ago for €180. Later, I asked customer support if I could shift the drop-off time by a few hours without any extra charges. Without any explanation or clarification, the manager went ahead and changed my booking - adding an extra day (which I never asked for) - and the total price jumped from €180 to €600. After a 30-minute call with support, they refused to acknowledge their mistake and simply suggested I cancel my booking. I’m honestly surprised at how blatant this customer scam is. Filip on the support line tried to remain polite, but he couldn’t bring himself to acknowledge the company’s mistake - even though the issue was obvious and all emails were logged on their side, except for the original one that was sent through their iPhone app. It’s hard to believe how openly they manipulate the booking while pretending nothing went wrong.

They overcharged me 12€ for returning the vehicle to this location, not to the airport even though they haven't mentioned extra charge involved when I called in.

I rent a car with Sixt often, and generally it's ok. But here, manager tried to upsale the rent very aggressively. I visited Bosnia and Montenegro and wanted to take a loss damage waiver with €700 deductible, and the manager convinced us to buy full damage protection because “it's Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro, it's very dangerous” and “even if it's a small scratch, it will require to paint the whole element or body, and it costs more than €700”. Ok, my friend told me that they rented a car this New Year and it had its windows broken in Sarajevo merely for having Serbian plates, so it sounded reasonable (although I could agree to a smaller deductible rather than full coverage as I never experienced anything bad in Bosnia and Herzegovina). But “we'll paint it whole for a minor scratch”? I rented from Sixt in the airport, and it had half of the body scratched, and it certainly didn't happen in one day. What are you talking about? The other thing, he convinced us to get a “deal” of refuelling the tank by Sixt. It would be cheaper/same price as we would refuel on the gas station if we ordered it at the place rather than in the app. Aaaand it turned out to be false, because it would require the most premium gasoline to be filled into this small car, and we fill the tank with regular gas. The other thing, as we traveled from Bosnia, we filled the tank with much cheaper gas. So we lost around €20 on this “deal”. The car itself was ok, but the back seat was dirty and we found it after the rent started. I guess they would make us pay for that as we didn't find it in time? But we had full damage coverage so we'll never know. And oh, I made a visible dent/scratch by hitting a wall while reversing, they didn't mention it. You'd say “that's because you had full coverage”, but I also had windshield protection and they made me sign a paper for the insurance company because it cracked, so no, they just didn't care.
