Everything went great, until I gave a $1700 deposit which suppose to only be "on hold." After 2 weeks of returning the car, my deposit was charged from day 1 and was never given back. I tried calling in; was transferred to customer service, but I keep on getting disconnected. To book a car, there is always a personal helping, but for customer service or questions on the deposit, then no-one is around. Still trying to reach them. Please be cautious.
