Rien à dire sur la location de voiture en elle même : véhicule flambant neuf toute options, cependant, l'accueil du personnel laisse un peu à désirer. Pré checkin fait en ligne à l'avance, finalement les informations sont à nouveau demandées sur place et le personnel n'est pas forcément agréable.

I have no complaints about the service. Although our flight was delayed, we contacted the office and they were very accommodating. The woman working there demonstrated remarkable patience. Before me, three customers had third-party insurance and treated her poorly simply for explaining that a deposit was still required, or alternatively, they could purchase insurance directly from the company. Many people don’t understand that if you opt for third-party or travel insurance that covers car rental excess, you're still required to leave a deposit with the rental agency. If any charges occur, your insurer will reimburse you later. This is standard practice—not a scam. Also, it's clearly stated everywhere that a valid credit card (not a debit card) is required for the deposit. It's important for customers to be properly informed. The pickup process was smooth. I appreciated that a staff member started the car and turned on the air conditioning before handing it over—an especially thoughtful touch. The car itself was in decent condition and relatively clean. The only downside was being charged €50 for ferry use, despite having paid for full coverage.

I rented a car for a few days and had a great experience! The booking process was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The car was clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition — even better than expected. Returning the car was fast and hassle-free. Overall, fantastic service! I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend it to others.

A fuir. Arnaque au niveau de la caution, les personnes au comptoir vous disent que votre CB ne passe pas et qu'il faut prendre une assurance complémentaire à 250€ et la comme par magie votre CB passe. Nous soupçonnons qu'il débranche le TPE au moment du règlement. Nous louons très régulièrement des véhicules et c'est la première que cela nous arrive . Et en prime personnel pas sympa.

Mai haviem tingut tan mala experiència com amb aquesta empresa. Si estàs plantejant-te llogar cotxe amb ells et recomano que NO HO FACIS. - Ens van donar la furgoneta més d'una hora tard. Ens van tenir allà esperant fins que suposadament els anteriors llogueters havien deixat la furgoneta. No ens van ni demanar perdó, i quan ens vam queixar que arribavem tard ens van parlar de males maneres dient-nos "rude". Va ser una treballadora que es deia Karla. - Després ens van donar la furgoneta sense explicar res, més que "és dièsel". - Als 2 dies va deixar de funcionar la furgoneta al mig d'un carrer. Marcava "Ad Blue low", un complement al carburant que es reposa cada 1000Km i que no sabiem ni que la furgoneta tenia dipòsit. - NINGÚ va respondre al telèfon, vam trucar moltes vegades, i eren les 19h, no mitjanit. Vam haver d'agafar un taxi, recorre'ns les benzineres en busca del producte, i reposar-lo. Estem esperant que ens paguin aquests diners encara. I estem parlant que el lloguer de la furgoneta costava uns 250€ al dia. Una vergonya de companyia, de treballadors, de furgoneta.... No recomano gens

Expérience médiocre, nous avons attendu 1 heure pour récupérer le dossier de la voiture, alors qu’on a fait le pré enregistrement en ligne. De plus, le personnel nous a indiqué un mauvais lieu de remise des clés, ce qui nous a fait perdre du temps. Penser à la carte de crédit au nom de la personne qui a réservé, nous nous sommes vues refuser le « déposit » car mon amie n’avais pas son nom sur la réservation … Très très décevant

Gleiche Masche wie immer. Fahrzeug kostete vor Ort dann 210 Euro mehr wegen einer "Versicherung". Allen anderen ging es genau so. Vorsicht bei zusätzlich Fahrern. Schlichtweg wie in allen anderen 1 Sterne Bewertungen zu lesen. Okmobility, CarJet, alles eins und dasselbe. Und allen anderen am Schalter geht es gerade genauso.

Llegamos el sabado 19,los chicos de dentro del aeropuerto súper profesional y educados, sin embargo nos llevamos un mal sabor de boca con esta empresa,porque la chica que nos atendió en la campa,(en la entrega del vehículo),mal educada,déspota,y soberbia.llegamos a recoger el vehículo y nos hablaba,sin mirarnos a la cara y con gestos de soberbia,no entendíamos que le pasaba, pero nos pareció muy mal educada,cuando fuimos a entregar el coche, aún fue peor, nos dejamos el contrato en el hotel y de forma muy prepotente nos decía que nos llegáramos de nuevo al hotel por el papel o no nos recogía el vehículo, buscando en la maleta y nos dimos cuenta que lo traiamos, y nuestra sorpresa fue que nos lo cogió de la mano de malas formas, y ni siquiera lo miró, nos lo devolvio sin mirarnos a la cara nuevamente, y no entendíamos como de forma grosera quería que nos llegáramos otra vez a Split, para luego no mirar ni el documento.

Jedna z gorszych opcji do wyboru. Zarezerwowane auto zostało zamienione na gorszą corsę, nie posiadającą centralnego zamka, za to z grzaną kierownicą, co było mega przydatne przy +38st. Odbiór pojazdu w polu za lotniskiem, w kurzu i syfie. Dodatkowo wymuszanie kolejnych ubezpieczeń mimo full cover, ze względu na brak zabezpieczenia w karcie kredytowej. NIE POLECAM

RUN AWAY FROM THE SCAMMERS!!!! Worst experience of my life. This agency refuses all debit cards. Four people in front of us, four scammed. They know that Europe only has debit cards, and they play on that: 600 euros more for mandatory insurance. DEPLORABLE SERVICE. No effort to improve service despite all the complaints. We rent cars three times a year; it's the only country that does this to us.

Terrible Experience – Avoid OK Mobility in Croatia I rented a car through OK Mobility in Croatia via Booking.com, as they were among the cheapest options. I also paid an additional $80 for comprehensive insurance through Booking.com, thinking I was fully covered. However, when I arrived to collect the car, I was given an ultimatum: either leave a €2,150 deposit, or pay an extra €500 for their own damage waiver insurance. I explained that I had already purchased insurance, but the staff completely dismissed it, saying the Booking.com insurance was “worthless.” It quickly became clear that this was a manipulative tactic – once you arrive, you’re effectively trapped. Either you pay the huge deposit, pay again for insurance you thought you already had, or lose the money you’ve already paid online. If this weren’t a rental company, it could easily be called extortion. This company relies on misleading pricing and high-pressure upselling. I strongly recommend avoiding OK Mobility – it’s worth paying a bit more with a reputable company to save yourself the stress and hidden costs.

Mialam oplacona rezerwacje przez booking i trzeba bylo jedynie odebrac klucze. Niestety przy podpisywaniu umowy obsluga wylicza dodatkowe koszty i kombinuje aby naciągnac na zakup pakietu premium. Na miejscu doplacilam jeszcze 350 euro. Ich wypozyczalnia znajduje sie poza terenem lotniska, wiec z walizkami to juz wyprawa. Maly plus za samochod, ale za taka cene mozna bylo miec mercedesa a nie corse.

Pickup location was a bit shady, and they tried to sell me insurance which I already had and threatened me that they would keep the whole deposit if I made just a little scratch on the car. I chose deposit and drive carefully. Service was otherwise good and car was good.

They are just scammers. We have rented 3 cars from them, fully insurence covered, and when we went to pick-up the cars, they required additonal insurence, which was duble the price of the cars.
