Just back from Croatia and we rented a car from Nova / Sicily by Car. They were easy to find just outside the airport terminal, all staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. We checked in online while we waited which helped speed up the collection. We were also very kindly upgraded to a bigger brand new car which we were delighted with. Then at drop off we were greeted by a member of staff straight away who check the car over and sent us to the office to get our deposit released. Great service that we would highly recommend.

My experience with Novacar was terrible. I spent a long time searching for a large vehicle, as we were traveling with kids and lots of luggage. I reserved an RFAR category car, but upon arrival, I was told there was no such vehicle available. How does your reservation system work if you don't even have a single car from the reserved category? Instead of offering an upgrade (as any respectable company would), I was offered smaller cars from lower categories. I had no choice but to accept, and the next surprise was the price — I was given only a symbolic discount and ended up overpaying at least €200 for a much smaller car. Our luggage didn’t even fit, so we had to carry the stroller inside the car. Thanks, Novacar, for the comfortable holiday and the “well-functioning” reservation system. I honestly suspect this is a shady tactic to undercut competitors who offer better cars at better prices.

Wszystko przebiegło pomyślnie, super obsługa jedyny minus że pisało że przy zakupie pełnego ubepieczenia, nie biorą kaucji na czas trwania wypożyczenia samochodu co jest nie prawdą zawsze biorą ale zwrot miałem po 20 minutach od oddania samochodu, samochód dostaliśmy nowy z 20km przebiegiem w sumie to był upgrade od tego co mieslismy mieć więc też na plus ogólnie polecam 😁✌️

Very good. No hidden fees or attempts to scam you, friendly and open service - we were told the rules as is, to avoid misunderstandings. We were offered some additional insurance, but we refused, also we were told that we can pay 10 EUR upfront if we don't want to bother cleaning the car before dropping it off (as they have a 10 EUR cleaning fee if you return it dirty) - we agreed, as it is especially relevant in Croatia at summer, with a dust and all the dead mosquitoes on your bumper, so we had one problem less to worry. We were also offered an automatic transmission, despite booking a manual - good bonus. Car itself was fine, looked close to new, with CarPlay available - no problems during our stay. At the drop-off they checked the car, everything was fine, so the deposit was released in a few days. Can recommend this rental.

Zachęciły mnie bardzo pozytywne opinie na temat tej wypożyczalni (między innymi te z map google) i podobnie jak inni użytkownicy jestem bardzo zadowolony z usług tej firmy. Samochód nowy - nieco ponad 1000km na liczniku. Obsługa miła i pomocna. W ostatni dzień naszej wizyty w Chorwacji, tuż przed wyjazdem na lotnisko znalazłem za szybą karteczkę z opłatą parkingową, pomimo, że opłaciłem postój na parkingu w aplikacji. Nie miałem czasu ani możliwości załatwiać tego osobiście, ale państwo z wypożyczalni ogarnęli to wszystko wystarczyło, że przesłałem im potwierdzenie płatności z aplikacji parkingowej. Zwrot depozytu błyskawiczny. 👍

Miesto fiat500 sme dostli clio Na zaciatku som online zaplatil 120€ Kedze som nemal kreditnu kartu platil som este raz full benzin 100€ ..za ktoru mi nic nevratili a platil som dalsie extra poistenie druhy krat 50€ ..spolu druha platba 150€.. pozicanie auta ma stalo dvojnasobok. Velmi zla skusenost a urcite neodporucam . Personal bol milý , to bolo jediné pozitivum. A podmienky firmy katastrofalne. Ako moze stat do clio renault full benzin 100€? Ked raz som zaplatil full insurance preco som ju platil este raz? Zaplatil som polrocne krytie dopredu toho maleho auta..spolu za renault clio 270€ na 3 dni.. Dakuje ale nabuduce nie. Personal bol super:)
