Nous avions réservé chez Alamo (bureau à côté d’enterprise), mais en arrivant il n’y avait pas le siège auto comme nous l’avions demandé sur notre réservation, car on nous explique que celui-ci n’est jamais garanti. Mais “Fran” (François en français), a aidé son collègue d’Alamo pour nous trouver un siège auto, et a littéralement mouillé sa chemise et fait le maximum pour nous en trouver un. Au final, nous avions un réhausseur, et avons été surclassés. Une belle entraide entre collègues et un type super sympa qui prend soin de la clientèle. Il faut le gratifier.

Rented a car from Enterprise car rental and picked it up from Zagreb Airport. The car was literally brand new, the service was excellent from booking the car to returning the car. Price was very good (very cheap compared to others). Highly recommend!!

Reservé coche con ellos porque quería seguro a todo riesgo y parecía que me salía mejor o por poco más que con otras empresas de nombre menos reconocido. Al terminar la reserva me decía que el seguro a todo riesgo lo podría contratar en la oficina por un valor de algo más de 2€ el día lo que hacía que tuviera que pagar allí 15€. Pues bien, cuando llegué allí me dijeron que tenía que pagar 110€ por el seguro (casi lo mismo que me había costado mi reserva del coche!) me negué y les saqué la información de la web en la que decía que el seguro a todo riesgo era algo más de 2€ el día. Ellos se negaban a aplicarme esa tarifa. Me decían que esa tarifa era de un seguro básico. Me fui a otra página de mi reserva y les enseñé que el seguro básico estaba incluido y que ponía claramente que ese era el precio del seguro a todo riesgo. Pues nada, finalmente se negaron a aplicarme la tarifa de la web (que decía que se contrataba en la oficina a la recogida del coche) y como no les pagué los 110€ que me pedían, me tuve que llevar el coche SIN seguro a todo riesgo y empecé ya mi viaje cabreado. Si llego a saberlo contrato con otra compañía. No les puedo recomendar.
