Avoid this agency at all costs! This was, by far, the worst experience I’ve ever had. I paid for the car in full, but when I arrived at the airport, the staff member there, with unbelievable indifference, told me there were no cars available. Then he just walked out of the office. At first, I thought he went to assist another customer, but no—he went out for a cigarette. He didn’t even try to show any empathy. I was traveling with a child under 2 years old, two 20kg suitcases, a stroller, and a car seat. My child was crying and restless—it was a desperate situation. I couldn’t believe what was happening. We waited in front of the office for about an hour because the guy told us to wait, only for him to return and, with the same dismissive attitude, say there were still no cars. He even seemed annoyed that we kept insisting! We had no choice but to rent a car from another company at a much higher price. This agency still hasn’t refunded our money, even though they promised we’d get it back within a week. It’s incredibly frustrating because the whole situation was entirely their fault. If you want a peaceful vacation, avoid this agency completely. Their behavior was inhumane. Don’t let their attractive prices fool you. This experience was so awful that it left me in tears—it was that stressful and upsetting!

Unacceptable Service and Zero Accountability I pre-paid for a rental car with Drivalia a month in advance, only to arrive at the airport and be told there was no car available. To make matters worse, when I arrived at the desk, the staff member shut the door in my face and went for a smoke break. This level of disrespect and unprofessionalism is shocking, especially as I was traveling with my 2-year-old child. I had no choice but to rent from another company at a much higher cost. Drivalia informed me my refund would take over a week, adding unnecessary financial strain to an already stressful situation. Despite contacting customer service, I have yet to receive any response to my complaint. This entire experience was appalling, and I strongly advise others to avoid this company. Do your self a favor and avoid this company . It can ruin your holiday.
