Nice people, took a little while to get the car as people ahead were having issues but got a nice new , very clean opel corsa. No issues on drop-off, paid €12 cleaning fee which was reasonable. Would use again as prices are very competitive compared to other rental companies

No alquilar con ellos!! Siempre solemos alquilar con otras compañías pero al ver una buena oferta lo hicimos con ellos. 1- te cobran 125€ por pasar a Montenegro cuando otras compañías cobran bastante menos 2- te cobran 12€ si o si por la limpieza del coche, nosotros lo lavabos antes de ir y aún así por restos minúsculos del agua nos lo cobraron 3- revisaron el coche con lupa y nos cobraron 363€ por un leve arañazo en una llanta que dudamos muchísimo le hiciéramos nosotros dado que no tuvimos ningún acercamiento ni roce,etc Ejemplo claro de que lo barato sale caro.

We had the worst experience renting a car from Avia from the moment we left up to the point we returned the car. On day one of our short stay in Croatia, a stone got lodged in our tyre brake system and the tyres were screeching. Obviously not their fault at all but the way they handled it was disgraceful. First they said there shouldn’t be a problem as it was a new car ie denying the issue. I sent them a video. They said keep driving and the stone will fall out. It didn’t and the sound got worse. We stopped and called them again. They said we should bring the car back and it was almost an hours drive with screeching brakes. No offer of sending someone to take a look. That showed a complete lack of concern for our safety and it was extremely stressful for us driving the car with that loud screeching sound and two children in the car, not knowing whether there was a serious problem with the car or not. We arrived back and they made us feel really bad about worrying about the car when they removed the stone. On returning the car we had a tiny chocolate mark on the back seat and they charged us €100 which they claimed was to chemically clean the seats. Anyone with young children knows that chocolate is easy to remove with normal cleaning. They had already charged us an extra 9 euros cleaning charge on renting the car, which I have never heard of before. This was by far the worst car rental experience we’ve ever had. This company do not care about their customers safety or want to have the car rental service as a positive experience for their customers. They just want to be “right”. We noticed this when we were there when another customer was complaining about a fault light coming on and they told her not to worry about it as it’s a new car and someone “cut a cable” so they can’t change it, which also left her feeling worried. There are a lot of other car companies at the airport. I recommend you use one of them and avoid Avia. Terrible place.

To return the car earlier you have to pay 50 euros. I wanted to return the car a few minutes earlier and the employee, although he was present, refused to do so and demanded 50 euros. Totally disgusting.

We booked a car through DiscoverCars which sent us a totally standard voucher saying we need to have a credit card to pay the caution. Luckily, we had exactly the credit card but the money being on the debit account, the agency couldn't block it saying smth about the law that they can only fully charge the amount and then only pay back 75%. But if we add 200e of fully insurance, they could let us take the car without the caution. Funny enough, another agency right next to them could block the money on our debit card without any problem. We paid 5 times more comparing to the price via Internet but the border crossing and second driver were included, so it felt like more advantageous offer. Not sure who is telling the truth or lies but it was very stressful and unexpected as we have a lot of car renting experience and it was the first time that it happened to us. All the people who were at the agency at the same moment, had the same issue btw.

Réservation prise via le site BSPet leur assurance. L'agence nous a proposé la leur sans insister. La personne de l'accueil tout a fait sympa et tres claire dans les explications. ( effectivement a force de voyager il faut avoir une carte de credit et non de debit ) Voiture neuve ( 700km ), propre, dans la gamme prevue ( Hyundai I30) Le retour a été tres bien, rapide et sans surprise. Je recommande et je reviendrai sans hesiter

Sincèrement, si vous avez une carte de crédit, la location est honnête. Il faut prendre des photos de la voiture comme d'habitude, vraiment plein de photos et faites l'inspection très très scrupuleusement. Les agences de location ont tendance à avoir tous les mêmes pratiques selon le pays. En Croatie, c'est pas cher mais ils ont l'air strictes sur les dégâts donc il faut faire attention et insister pour marquer TOUS les dégâts dans la prise en charge même s'ils disent que c'est rien.

The staff wasn't very helpful. They charged for cleaning the car, which is unheard of, and that too was increased from 9 to 12 euros at picking the car up as opposed to returning it. Which is nothing but deceitful. Apart from that the car was good. And just the fact if it's in the terms doesn't make it any less crap and deceitful. Which it clearly is. Do a better friggin job

Agence à éviter ! Non seulement le modèle n'était pas celui réservé un T Roc pour une Skoda Kamid !! ! mais pour eux c'est le même groupe wolswagen donc pourquoi pas une Polo non plus !! Personnel désagréable qui considère qu'il faut briquer la voiture de fond en comble avant la restitution y compris les pare chocs intérieur, l'écran tactile...Donc si vous n'avez pas l'intention de passer 2 heures pour astiquer la voiture à leur place avant de la rendre prenez leur option nettoyage ! Prenez surtout un autre loueur.

UPDATE: 2025 05 if rental contract is not on me, doesn’t mean im not in the same car. Car was returned cleaner and it was raining. Its clear you scam people. UPDATE: as vendor have replied to my comment and said I AM LYING, here is the receipt. Charged for car cleaning when we brought the car cleaner than it was given to us! Plus it was pouring rain outside, how they could have judged the condition. What a nonsense company. I read through their conditions - no clause mentions the cleanliness of the car.

I was their customer again. And again really satisfied with the service! I like their Opel Mokka, really nice car. It is in really good condition, like less then 1 year old with rear camera, sensors, and small but strong engine which covers all my needs in Croatia, Montenegro and Bosnia.
