Facile la prenotazione è il check in anticipo e il check out. Siamo arrivate tardi la sera a Zara e la persona era disponibile a consegnarci l auto. Unica nota la macchina era in riserva e a Zara di notte i distributori sono tutti chiusi e non si può fare rifornimento con la carta di credito. Quindi abbiamo avuto paura di restare a piedi di notte, lo stesso al mattino per cercare un distributore ,distributori che non sono così frequenti. . Meglio chiedere prima come sarà lo stato del carburante .

Highly recommend Avax. Rented a car from Dubrovnik -> Kotor -> Mostar -> Split. Nice staff and they also accommodated a short notice reservation change to my rental. They gave clear instructions on Split airport early drop-off during closed office hours. FYI I had a 630am flight, airport website said 2hr minimum check-in but no ticket agents showed up until 5am.

Échanges hyper fluides via WhatsApp, pas besoin de carte de crédit ; elle viens vous chercher et vous re-dépose ensuite à l’aéroport. La voiture était nickel, on a eu aucun soucis en 11j de location et on a pu bouger comme nous voulions sans problème. Vraiment je recommande vivement! Si je reviens en Croatie, je repasserais par cette agence. Merci encore Marija!

Nous avons pris en charge la voiture dans le centre et l’avons ramenée à l’aéroport de Dubrovnik. Pour ce faire on a reçu par whatsapp une vidéo du dernier tronçon du chemin car le parking se trouve à 150m de l’entrée de l’aéroport, de l’autre côté de la route et on peut rater l’entrée: top!!!! Une bonne vidéo vaut mieux qu’un grand discours. On est attendu… rien à dire si ce n’est que tout s’est très bien passé. À souligner la gentillesse du monsieur qui s’est occupé de nous.
