My bad experience is relatively better than other reviews, however i found very unfair to charge customers 30€ for cleaning some dust on the exterior of the car after one week rental. I fell into the trick because i didn't want to pay 10€ at the start of the rent, which was ridiculous to me. It's a hidden fee that costs more at the end of the rental, and should be included in the normal price of the rent like everywhere else in the world. Also, the employee attitude was extremely rude, yelling at me complaining that tourists want everything for granted while he could be at the beach instead of working under the sun. Also, driving back to the airport was a reckless ride with the guy without seatbelt and driving one hand with phone on the other, and not respecting speed limits. I felt really unsafe. I would avoid and choose another rental company that maybe costs more but provides a better service

Undgå for alt i verden dette firma! Vi lejede bil ved Zadar lufthavn, min kæreste blev hentet og kørt 2 km væk til en grusplads hvor han kun kunne få bilen hvis han betalte 3 gange så meget som vi havde lejet den for og de tog kun imod kredit kort, ikke debit master eller visa. De var super ubehagelig. Det var ikke muligt at få fat i firmaet. Vi kom væk, men mistet penge og står til at få en bøde for ikke at afhente bilen. Og er nu nød til at leje en ny bil.

This does not deserve not even one star! Disaster customer service, we’ve been left without the car at 22:30 since they did not accept any credit card for the payment which is totally ridiculous! In the end we have decided not to have any business with this company. No customer friendly or helpful, rude and arrogant! They offered us to pay 180€ in order to accept the payment from my ApplePay!! Total nonsense. They just wanted to rob us! Luckily we found a solution with other company!

Transfer vom Flughafen hat gut funktioniert, Papierkram war schnell erledigt und wir haben für die Woche einen neuen, komfortablen Fiat 600 bekommen. Die Rückgabe lief reibungslos, wir waren pünktlich am Flughafen, die Kaution war binnen 6 Tage auf der Kreditkarte wieder freigegeben. Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen daher nicht nachvollziehen. Dass die Vermietung nicht direkt am Flughafen ist wussten wir vorher, man muss sich einfach informieren. Wenn Leute zu blöd sind eine geeignete Kreditkarte für die Kaution mitzubringen oder das Auto unbeschädigt zu lassen kann die Vermietung nichts dafür. Das war unser erstes Mal, wir haben für 7 Tage (eher 8) 110€ für einen Neuwagen mit unbegrenzten km bezahlt, das fanden wir sehr gut. Wir werden addcar in unserem nächsten Urlaub wieder in Anspruch nehmen, sollte das erneut gut klappen werden wir Stammkunden.

Ich bin insgesamt sehr unzufrieden mit der Erfahrung bei dieser Autovermietung. Laut Website sollte bei Ankunft jemand bereitstehen – es kam jedoch niemand. Wir warteten über 40 Minuten, bis ich selbst anrufen musste, woraufhin schließlich jemand erschien. Vorab hatte ich extra im Live-Chat nachgefragt, ob American Express für die Kaution akzeptiert wird. Mir wurde bestätigt, dass das möglich sei. Am Schalter wurde dies jedoch plötzlich abgelehnt. Nach langem Hin und Her bot man uns schließlich an, den Wagen ohne Kaution zu bekommen – allerdings nur gegen einen Aufpreis von 20 € pro Tag plus 80 € für eine Tankfüllung. Ursprünglich hätte der Mietpreis 60 € betragen sollen – am Ende zahlten wir fast 250 €. Das ist aus meiner Sicht absolut inakzeptabel. Leider hatten wir keine Alternative, da wir bereits vom Flughafen abgeholt worden waren und so nicht einfach zu einer anderen Autovermietung wechseln konnten. Fazit: Sehr schlechte Kommunikation, keine Transparenz bei den Kosten, und am Ende fühlten wir uns regelrecht ausgenutzt. Ich würde hier definitiv nicht noch einmal buchen.

Ce sont des voleurs et des menteurs. Il faut obligatoirement une carte de crédit (et pas de débit, à vérifier sur la carte) sinon l’assurance coûte plus cher (170€, en plus de l’assurance de 62€ déjà prise) que le prix de la réservation. Il y a aussi la surprise du plein de 80€ à payer d’avance. À fuir !

Worst rental car ever. Read the all conditions before you rent via booking agency as the insurance (full) is not applicanle for rental car if you have not credit card for 2700€ deposit. What a insane money! We had to pay additonal 120€ insurance as only credit card of driver was applicable, so even if we have second card we could not use it. And another payment OBLIGATORY is 80€ per full tank. 40 liters of full tank 1.6€/l will give you much less than 80€ but you must pay it. It's terrible how the company attract people with cheap offer and they bill you for everything then.
