Esta mañana he tenido una experiencia muy desagradable con una vendedora de billetes de tren de la taquilla 19, no hablo rumano e intenté comunicarme con ella en inglés, tenía que comprar 3 billetes para dos personas y aplicar un descuento para el que tenía que introducir 2 series de números, mientras estaba realizando la gestión de un billete le dije que tenía que comprar otro más después de ese, con la intención de que no tuviera que volver a introducir de nuevo los ID y serie de números, sin presionarla en ningún momento, de la nada empezó a gritarme diciendo cosas que no entendía en rumano, le pedí que se calmara que solo estaba intentando que no tuviera que trabajar más de la cuenta. Luego pasó a reírse sin motivo. Cuando me entregó los billetes, sin decir nada ni disculparse, le di las gracias y me despedí. No sé si esta persona tuvo un mal día o si simplemente se comporta así de manera habitual, pero creo que debe de reflexionar a cerca de cómo debe tratar a las personas que necesitan ayudan y que no hablan su idioma, pues se trata de un trabajo de cara al público y se requiere de paciencia y profesionalidad; su actitud está muy lejos de ser la adecuada. Espero que no se vuelva a repetir y que la compañía CFR Calatori penalice este tipo de comportamientos. Adjunto fotos del billete y el número de la responsable que me atendió.

Shockingly disgusting train station. Crowded, chaotic. Everything is dirty and run down. The trains look like they aren't going to make it anywhere. You have to pay 2 lei to use a toilet that is somehow worse than an outhouse (at least in an outhouse, the t.p. falls into a giant hole away from you, here it's sitting in a basket next to your leg; it's even out in the trash bin next to the sinks). Speaking of t.p., you have to grab some from the wall before you enter the stall (better hope you don't need more!). Beggars everywhere. Not readily clear where to buy tickets but the information desk workers are helpful. You can buy your ticket from the office or we saw people purchase them on the train itself. If we ever come back to Bucharest, we will avoid this train station like the plague (as we might catch it there).

Crowded, messy and interesting all at the same time. When we arrived from the airport, there were a lot of people around and it was hard to navigate (kind of like Paris' Gare du Nord to be fair, but worse in terms of cleanliness and modernity). I would advise to avoid staying there for a long time as it's just so hectic.
