About Our Offerings

At Black Dragon Academy, we cater to a wide range of practitioners with our diverse training options:

• Jiu-Jitsu Gi: This traditional form utilizes a kimono, focusing on grips and control while teaching grappling and submission techniques.
• Jiu-Jitsu No-Gi: In contrast, No-Gi training uses athletic wear and emphasizes speed and fluid movements without relying on grips.
• Muay Thai: Our Muay Thai sessions concentrate on striking techniques, including punches, kicks, elbows, and knees, along with conditioning and defensive tactics for close-range combat.

• Kids: €30/month for a minimum of 3 weekly classes.
• Students: €40/month for up to 6 weekly classes.
• Adults: €50/month for up to 6 weekly classes.
