I was very disappointed with my recent visit to this spa. We were told they would only close in case of heavy rain, and if that were the case, they’d inform us by 9 AM. When we arrived at 11 AM, it was drizzling lightly, but the receptionist assured us they’d stay open unless the rain worsened. We had a peeling and massage booked at 11:30, so we went for coffee, only to return and be told they were closing because the massage mattresses were wet. By 11:45, the rain had stopped, but they still decided to close, citing a bad weather forecast. What upset me most was the inconsistency – they said they’d close only for heavy rain, yet shut down over a drizzle. Even though we received free coffee as compensation, it didn’t make up for the fact that we drove 200 km for nothing. To make matters worse, the rest of the day turned out sunny with no rain. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience.

I've visited Lepa Vida Spa several times now and have always loved the ambiance and calmness it offers. Because of my positive experiences, I decided to buy several gift vouchers for my friends for various special occasions. I also treated a friend to a visit yesterday. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed this time. I fully understand that it is an open-air spa, and the weather is beyond anyone's control. However, yesterday was a particularly windy day, and it wasn't very warm. Before arriving, I called to ask about the water temperature, which was said to be 29°C and was also displayed on the board near the pool when we got there. However, I am certain the water was only around 23-24°C at most, which made it too cold for us to swim, especially since the outside temperature was also low. Since we couldn’t enjoy swimming, we decided to relax with a few drinks instead. We initially sat near the main pool, chatting for about two and a half hours, before moving to the smaller pool to continue our conversation. There were just the two of us, speaking in normal tones. However, the employee giving massages nearby came over twice to ask us to be quiet. Firstly, we were speaking calmly, and I think it's unrealistic to expect people to remain completely silent for four hours. Secondly, the massage area is immediately next to the small pool and it has an open setting. Guests booking massages in such a setup should not expect complete silence and the same go for their employees. When we calmly explained our perspective to the staff, expressing that it wasn't reasonable to remain silent or seated in one spot for hours, we felt that our concerns were dismissed without any understanding or empathy. For a spa that is not cheap, I would have expected a higher level of customer service. The conversation with the staff was handled very unprofessionally, leaving me with a negative impression. I don’t think I will visit again, and I certainly won’t be buying any more vouchers for my friends.

This is usually a 5 star ⭐️ place… unfortunately everything was perfect except for the massage! The lady wore gloves to massage me! Which makes the experience much less personal. She didn’t even ask if I had tensions somewhere. I still told her where my tensions were and she still seemed to want to get the job over with and go home …. It’s a pitty for such a wonderful place …. Please do something shout it because inouïs still go back if I get the same quality massage I had two year ago !!!!
