Welcome to the Santic family’s “Vala Apartments,” nestled in the charming village of Bibinje, just 5 km from the vibrant city of Zadar. Our serene location along the beautiful Dalmatian coast is easily accessible via the scenic Jadran tourist road, which connects various coastal towns, leading you towards Šibenik and Split.

Your Ideal Retreat

Our offering includes four well-appointed apartments, each with its own private entrance. Two of the apartments are situated on the first floor, while the other two are located on the second floor. All apartments boast stunning views of the sea, the nearby island of Ugljan, and breathtaking sunsets, ensuring a picturesque backdrop for your holiday.

Convenient Amenities

The location of our apartments is perfect for both relaxation and convenience. Public parking is available right in front of the building, and essential amenities such as shops, a market, and a post office are all within a short 300m walk. We provide complimentary Wi-Fi for all our guests, allowing you to stay connected during your stay.

Beach Access

With the beach located just 50 meters from the apartments, you can easily enjoy sunbathing or swimming without the hassle of carrying all your beach gear. If you prefer a quieter setting, you can unwind on your apartment balcony or enjoy the ground-floor terrace shared by all guests, where a grill is available for use, perfect for a delightful barbecue evening.

On-Site Support

The Santic family lives in the ground-floor apartment and is available from May to October, ready to assist you during your stay and make your experience as enjoyable as possible.
