To book your stay, reservations can be made via email or directly at our office. A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance can be paid on-site or through bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Therefore, our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Up to 30 days before arrival: No fees
• 30-7 days before arrival: 30% non-refundable
• 7-0 days before arrival: 50% non-refundable
• Special COVID-19 policy allows free cancellation up to a day before arrival with valid documentation.
