This place is a death sentence for sick pets. Our cockatiel was struggling to breathe, and instead of proper treatment, Dr. Miloš Vučićević and his student told us to cover his cage in aluminum foil and raise the temperature to 35°C—a completely reckless and dangerous suggestion for a bird in respiratory distress. No oxygen support, no real medical care, just useless instructions. To make things worse, when we arrived with a dying bird, they told us to wait “5 minutes”—but we ended up waiting a full hour while our pet suffered. They took $30 from us, and by the next day, our bird was gone. Then they even had the audacity to ask for his body for research. If your pet is sick, stay far away from this place.
