A large and comfortable appartment in the very center of Ljubljana, in a little street so charming that most tourists seem to take pictures of it whenever we leave or arrive. The building manager Suzana is very serviceminded and attentive, and the building, while old, is well maintained and cared for. Having an appartment for relaxing is much better than having one or more hotel rooms, so I highly recommend this for families or groups of companions in Ljubljana.

Pessimo, basti dire che non si chiudeva la porta di un ingresso dell'appartamento dall'interno!!!!! Chiunque sarebbe potuto entrare di notte semplicemente spingendo la porta!!! Alle nostre chiamate nessuno ha risposto nonostante le ripetute garanzie di servizio 24h. Inoltre alcune parti dell'appartamento necessitano di essere ristrutturate, la pulizia non era il massimo con capelli e peli vari nei letti. Infine le tende del salottino non coprono la luce per cui chi dormiva nel divano letto ha avuto luce tutta la notte. Infine sappiate che c'è un locale notturno all'angolo della strada, per cui rumore e stramazzi tutta la notte. Per la.precisione abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento al piano terreno. Sconsiglio vivamente per quanto la posizione sia in pieno centro.

What an amazing experience our family had at The Residence. Suzana was so responsive and generous. We booked the apartment months in advance and Suzana graciously answered all of my WhatsApp messages about converters and restaurant reservations. Beautifully decorated and appointed. And for us Americans, the freezer was nice for making ice for cocktail hour! We loved the place, best value in Ljubljana. It’s close to everything, especially the Dragon Bridge and the castle. My 5 yo son was thrilled to see both. Can’t say enough about the amazing apartment and service we received. Thank you Suzana!!!

My advice in short - do not stay here. ||We checked in with no issues. As I was showering on the first evening at 18:00, a large slab of wood with a sharp piece then fell from the ceiling and nearly hit me. ||I sent a message to Suzana (manager of AB Ljubjana) expressing our concern for the safety of us & fellow future guests. She stated ‘ceilings are historical protected landmarks and these things can happen at any time to anyone.’ ||We went for dinner and returned in the evening, and were then told by Suzana to leave the apartment as when we had approached her we had made her feel ‘threatened’ despite solely voicing our concern & being extremely treasonable. ||At 23:00 on Saturday with a big concert happening and therefore limited accommodation in the city, we then had to find an alternative place to stay through no fault of our own. No apology or concern for our well-being us was provided by management.||We have never had any issues with our reservations before in Slovenia.||I am mainly concerned about future guests as don’t want them to be put at risk of these dangers.. in summary look elsewhere in Ljubljana for your safety and to avoid dealing with dreadful management of these apartments. |

Une adresse remarquable…||Un très bel endroit, à la fois au calme et dans le centre ville. ||Les appartements sont vastes et de toute beauté. La décoration est soignée, sélectionnée. Les hôtes d’une gentillesse incroyable.||On regrettera l’absence de machine à laver pour les grandes familles comme nous et certains ustensiles de cuisine élémentaires. ||Bref, un endroit où poser des valises ✨
