Avendo acquistato una Mercedes glc 300d e dovendo fare il tagliando mi sono rivolto a questa officina autorizzata scelta x la loro esperienza e professionalità, ma sono rimasto un po’ deluso dal comportamento non in linea con le referenze da me acquisite. E veniamo alla questione del problema: due mesi fa circa mi sono recato presso l’officina x il preventivo del tagliando della Mercedes glc ed in seguito ho valutato ed accettato solo che x motivi di lavoro ho dovuto posticipare di qualche mese, alche ho ritelefonato x prendere di nuovo un appunto x il tagliando e se il preventivo che avevo accettato fosse cambiato, mi è stato risposto che ne parlava con il responsabile e mi avrebbe richiamato. Sto ancora aspettando la loro risposta… Vedendo passare troppi giorni ho dovuto cercare un’altra officina autorizzata x il tagliando. Spero che questa mia lamentela in qualche modo in futuro migliori i rapporti con i clienti. Saluti Rinaldi
