I had the opportunity to visit the restaurant Trešnjica in Pančevo, and while the overall experience was good, there are a few key points worth mentioning from a professional hospitality perspective.
The food was truly delicious in its essence: we started with bruschettas and a salad as appetizers, followed by a vegetable lasagna and a seafood risotto — both were well prepared. The rosé wine was excellent and served at the ideal temperature. The culinary concept shows real potential.
That said, there were some issues worth noting, both in service and in ingredient quality. From the kitchen side, some cherry tomatoes served were visibly past their prime, and the cucumber in the salad lacked freshness —these were left on the plate in hopes the team would take note. These are small details, but for discerning guests, they speak volumes.
On the service side, when we arrived, we asked for a cushion for the chair and were told there were none left, despite a guest nearby having two. The waitress who served us —very kind and warm— mentioned she hadn’t slept well, which unfortunately reflected in the timing and flow: all dishes arrived at once, and we had to remind her to bring cutlery.
This feedback is shared not as harsh criticism, but as a constructive suggestion from my professional background as a gastronomic consultant. The ambiance is pleasant, the staff is friendly, and there is heart in the kitchen. With a bit more attention to ingredient quality and service coordination, Trešnjica could enhance the customer experience significantly and build stronger client loyalty.

Cesto svracamo ovde jer nam je usput. Lepo mesto da se popije kafa, ali hranom nisam odusevljena. Jela sam mnogo bolje cezar salate od ove, a kosta preko 1000 din! Cedjenu pomorandzu dobijete u maloj kolicini, u kojoj je 50% vode. Na stolovima nema meni i karte pica, pa prvo trazite od konobara da vam to donese sa biste mogli da porucite nesto. Ne znam koja logika.

Veoma dobar restoran. Hrana se brzo donosi i ukusna je. Osoblje veoma ljubazno. Sviđa mi se što je restoran podeljen na dva dela, jedan deo za pušače i jedan za nepušače. Takođe imaju stolove napolju. Preporučujem da se poseti ovaj restoran.
