У нас сегодня была потрясающая дегустация сыров, приготовленных на семейной ферме. Нас познокомили с фермой, с козами, с тем, что есть в природе и человек часто об этом забывает. Далее была дегустация, совершенно разных сыров, вина и закусок. Девушка, которая для нас проводила этот тур очень интересно рассказывала и отвечала на все наши вопросы. Так же на ферме живут классные собаки, кот, кони и даже хрюша. Всё проходит в очень уютной и тёплой атмосфере на красивой терассе. Очень рекомендую посетить это замечательное место. Лучше заранее зарезервировать своё посещение.

Večera na farmi Kumparička bila je pravo putovanje kroz okuse, prirodu i strast jedne obitelji prema jednostavnosti i održivom načinu života. Kumparička nije restoran u klasičnom smislu – to je mjesto gdje se jede polako i s uzbuđenjem što će donijeti sljedeći slijed jer večera je svaki dan drugačija ovisno kojim namirnicama raspolažu u vrtu. Zajedno sa desetak nepoznatih ljudi, uglavnom obitelji s djecom sjeli smo za zajednički stol na terasi, s pogledom na zalazak sunca. Atmosfera je bila opuštena, iskrena i srdačna dok su izuzetno ljubazni domaćini iskreno predani onome što rade pred nas donosili slijed po slijed svježe pripremljenih namirnica iz vlastitog vrta. Sve je bilo domaće, svježe i s karakterom. Izvrsni sirevi od kozjeg mlijeka, izvrsna predjela od sezonskog svježeg povrća iz vrta iskombinirana na nezamislive načine, izvrsna domaća foccacia, pa zatim glavno jelo – kozlić kuhan 7 sati uz bijelu palentu kao prilog, te vino lokalnog proizvođača koje je savršeno zaokružilo doživljaj. Topla preporuka svima koji traže autentično gastronomsko iskustvo i na 2-2,5 sata koliko traje večera zaboraviti na užurbanu svakodnevicu i osjetiti onu iskonsku jednostavnost koja životu daje poseban mir.

A Wonderful Experience at Kumparicka! We visited the farm in Čokuni as a family and were absolutely delighted. The lovely family that runs Kumparicka welcomed us with warmth and kindness, and everything we tasted was homemade and incredibly delicious. Goat cheese, spreads, and meat, true delicacies! You can feel the love in everything they do. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic experience and an excellent meal in nature.

Der Anlass wurde am Vormitag per Mail bestätigt und ab Abend als wir schon da waren abgesagt (40 Minuten Anreisezeit). Sie liessen uns 40 Minuten warten, bis sich nach unserem telefonischem Anruf, ein "Cowboy" bemüht hat us mitzuteilen, dass der Anlass nicht stattfinden wird. Keine Entschuldigung, kein Schnapps (wie in Kroatien üblich), keine Versuch der Wiedergutmachung (Stück Käse wäre nicht zuviel verlangt gewesen). Alles sieht sehr ungepflegt und schlecht organisiert aus. Können es auf keinen Fall empfehlen. Nie wieder!!!!

Nach der Ankunft gab es zur Begrüßung gleich mal ein Schnäppschen, danach wurden die Ställe und der Hof mit Käserei besichtigt. Überall laufen Tiere rum - Hunde, Katzen, ein Schwein, Ziegen, Pferde. Es ist schon echt ein Erlebnis. Der Gedanke, der hinter dem Ganzen steckt, ist aber mega. Mitten in Istrien wird auf natürliche und nachhaltige Art Käse produziert, der so gut ankommt, dass er mittlerweile in der Spitzengastronomie Europas zu finden ist. Das ganze Menu, das kredenzt wird, stammt vom Hof, sowohl das Fleisch, wie auch der Käse oder das Gemüse. Es hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt und war definitiv einen neue kulinarische Erfahrung. Mein Mann hat sich auch gleich die Hofkatze angelacht und sie immer wieder mit Futter bestochen, so dass sie ihm das ganze Dinner über nicht mehr von der Seite gewichen ist. Ein Besuch auf Kumparicka ist definitiv mal was anderes - in allen Bereichen.

What a fantastic experience this was. This is a very nice goat farm owned and managed by a family, who also host visitors for a dinner including a farm tour. Our tour was supposed to start at 6 pm, so everyone gathered there around 15 mins ago, welcomed by either some water or schnapps. Then we were accompanied in the farm for around 30 minutes, where we were informed about how they handle with goats and the details of the cheese production, which was really interesting. Then, we enjoyed our amazing food, surely cooked with fresh vegetables and meat produced in the farm. Everything we had was simply delicious and very original. At the end, you are also able to buy their own products which was also great. Finally, we had the tip for coming back in the late summer, when they have the richest variety of products. Hopefully will come back again!!

Wow. What an incredible experience. We booked the table experience and it was exactly what we thought it will be. Aleš and the whole family were great hosts, the farm and the story behind the farm is truly inspiring. The food is so creative, so fresh and really really wonderful. The communal table is lovely and we met such nice people. And yes, the cheeses (which they are famous for) are amazing. Kumparicka team are truly an inspiration of how a "simple life" (of course there is nothing simple with handling such farm on such a professional level) can be fulfilling. We cannot recommend it more and we will definitely return.

Istru dobro poznam, no ovo je vrlo posebno mjesto, nepretenciozno, pitomo i zahvalno uklopljeno u prirodu koja ga okružuje. Hrana je nevjerojatna, mlada žena koja nam je bila domaćica (i vodič po imanju i kuharica i konobarica) izuzetno srdačna.

Nazalost ne mogu recenzirati hranu za koju vjerujem da je odlicna, medutim ostavljam losu recenziju radi otkaza rezervacije. Naime, rezervirala sam stol vise od mjesec dana ranije da bi mi par dana prije ista bila otkazana uz opravdanje da ce se odrzati privatna proslava rodendana. Smatram da je to krajnje neprofesionalno.
