So, you’re sitting with the sea a few feet away, in the shadow of pines, with a gentle wind to cool, and you are served the freshest Adriatic seafood made with absolute finesse. The buzara sauce was perfectly integrated, creamy, savory, yet light and combining excellently with the dagnje and škampi. The tartar and carpaccio entrees seem to consist of pure flavour, with no mass. The options of (Croatian) wines per glass are up to the task. The bread is a delicacy on its own, that comes with an olive oil tasting. And most of all: the service is impeccable.
