Accommodations in Krk and Ljubljana

For those seeking a getaway, we offer six apartments in our Villa Amalia located in Šilo on the island of Krk, all just steps away from the sea. We have also restored a traditional stone house in the village of Kornić and built a new smaller accommodation with a swimming pool. Furthermore, in Ljubljana's Vič neighborhood, we provide a penthouse equipped with its own pool and sauna.

Business Space Rental

We are also engaged in the rental of business spaces as part of our investment services. Our offices located in Vič and along Tržaška Road offer a professional setting for various business needs.
