Beautiful place to take a coffee and a piece of cake. We picked the 1914 chocolate cake 🍰 and it was delicious! In the coffee shop, they have a library, so it is a great place to chill and spend time reading, while tasting great coffee as well. Plus, the staff are very gentle.

Stotico caffè letterario triestino che da qualche anno è anche ristorante e ospita una libreria. Sono andata a cena con un amico che me l'ha offerta per cui non so quanto ha pagato. Cibo e vino molto buoni. Cameriere simpatico, servizio rapido.

Der ganze Ort ist einfach wunderbar – eine kleine Zeitreise mit himmlischem Kaffee und Kuchen. Die ganze Atmosphäre hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch der Service war sehr freundlich und herzlich.

Muy poca comida, a un precio excesivo. Te quedas con hambre, además de muy poca variedad. 20€ por un solo plato de adulto, el verde. El de niño 8 euros (el de tomate) y poquísimo. Además de pagar 2.5€ por cubierto. Te pongo el ticket por contestarme que los platos de niños valían a 7€ y en realidad son a 8€.

Unfortunately a great disappointment . While the room and lay out is lovely the staff were completely overwhelmed , tired and rude . After waiting at a table for 30 minutes I asked at the counter for service and was told “No , we are very busy , this is how it is in Trieste “ Perhaps have a better system or more staff on the floor ? But no need for bad manners !
