I am utterly shocked. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a Mc Donald’s. To be ridiculed and belittled by a worker was not what i had expected. I had to wait a full hour, listening to the screams and chatter of hundreds of fellow Mall visitors, sweating and hungry. As we arrived, i saw a huge queue in front of the Mc Donald’s. I had already anticipated a longer waiting time, though this has exceeded my worst expectations. After sitting in the packed waiting space of this restaurant, i took it upon myself to personally ask about the status of my order, only to then be laughed at by a this worker. My only advice if you visit this restaurant: don’t expect the workers to do their jobs. Food was mediocre and I’d rate it 0/5 stars if i could.

1 ⭐️/5 since I can't give 0 ⭐️. Very bad experience, we waited 1h30 for an order for 2 people. When we finally received the trays they were cold and we were looked down on. I strongly advise against it, even more so if you are tourists

A classic Mc Donalds but the worst experience ever. , after 10min it was written on screen that our order was done and in serving, but it was not there, so I just let it go to see how long it will take until they get it...I followed the screen and the staff and complained after 20min, where they found out that our food was somewhere on the side....offered friea replacement...all the burgers had been cols too, I didnt even want to go back and discuss that. Sitting area outside every second table was free but full of McDrek trash. Bad managment and a no go!

The hygiene is at a low level. The tables are greasy and dirty. There are fries and leftover food everywhere on the floor that people trample on. The portions are really small. The only positive thing is that the food was ready quickly.
