I really enjoyed my dinner at Figovec. This place was recommended by a local and it didn’t disappoint. The food was delicious and our waitress was super kind. We sat outside so didn’t get a chance to see what it looks inside but it was a warm day so it was pleasant to eat in the courtyard. The restaurant is popular so book in advance if you can or be prepared to queue!

The bald waiter is very rude and racism. Should be fired him. Even though we don’t mind that he is just a waiter and no educated, the food was so so and very stuffy inside the restaurant. DO NOT RECOMMEND the food and atmosphere.

really nice restaurant where you can try some typical dishes. the location is not the best because is really near to the street but it’s very cured. the staff is nice and helpful. the menu offers traditional food. the quality is really high and the dishes were excellent. i recommend going there really early because they don’t take reservations and so if you arrive late you’ll have to wait.

Den allgemeinen Empfehlungen gefolgt und zu Besuch gewesen. Man muss auch ein wenig Glück haben um einen Tisch zu bekommen. Ambiente ist gut. Gefühlt läuft die halbe Stadt vorbei und man hat was zu sehen. Die Tische liegen schön unter Bäumen und die Tischmenagen sind vollkommen ausreichend. Abende stehen und fallen mit dem Service. Gibt sich vielleicht Mühe ist schon angegeben. Alles dauert lange Bestellung, Essen und Bezahlen. Gesamt kann man 2 einplanen bei 1 Getränk ind 1 Hauptgang. Man würde ja mehr bestellen ist aber keine da. Das Essen ist dann Max lauwarm und nochmalig zu Tode erwärmt. Steht wahrscheinlich Stunden unter der Wärmebrücke bevor es beim Gast landet. Sehr schade vermutlich verlässt man sich darauf das die Warteschlange immer da ist. Ein Restaurantleiter würde sehr gut tun.

El menjar molt bo, tot lo altre el desllueix. Ens vam posar a la terrassa i altres arribats després van ser atesos abans. Feia estona que demanavem per poder fer comanda i ignorats per complet. Quan finalment demanem ens porten els plats i s’innunden de mosques verdes, la única taula al sol i les mosques asqueroses a sobre. No ens ofereixen canvi de taula, no ho hem demanat però ens hem anat canviant tots de lloc esquivant el sol, un munt de taules buides a l’ombra i no ens ho han ofert. El menjar bo, ho he de repetir, els plats molt i molt abundants. El servei millorble al 200%, al menys la nostra experiència. No hi tornaria.

Een ruim aanbod van traditioneel Sloveense gerechten. Het eten is prima bereid, smaakvol en wordt in ruime porties geserveerd. Het is niet mogelijk om te reserveren. Wij moesten even wachten op een tafel. Ik vond het het wachten waard. Zowel het terras buiten, als het restaurant binnen zijn sfeervol ingericht.

I was recommended the restaurant from a Slovenian friend . What an error . I m sure that the service is just openly racist. I tried to book a table through the phone, instagram mail … no answer. When I arrived to try to have dinner , the service just refused indicating that we don’t have reservations. I honestly believe that it’s because our reservation request was in English.

I tried booking through 3 ways ( their website , by mail , by phone) . No answer. I ended up going their physically to book a table . They answered that they don’t take reservations and that I just needed to walk in. I went there dinner time and surprise surprise , the only two available tables available had a reservation sign on them. Conclusion: one of the worst experiences with the restaurant ever

Ristorante tipico super consigliato! Poco lontano dal centro, con una bella vista sul castello di Lubiana, questo ristorante offre delle ottime proposte, servite in piatti abbondanti e tutto sommato economici. Consigliatissimo l'arrosto di maiale in salsa naturale, di una tenerezza incredibile.

Un locale consigliato da Loonely Planet perché ha un ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo, ma soprattutto perché ha cibo tipico . Nel complesso, nonostante la lunga attesa, il posto è semplice ma il servizio veloce. Ci può stare.. consiglio.

Il menù offre molti piatti della tradizione slovena, abbondanti e gustosi. Personale attento e disponibile. La posizione dei tavoli sotto un grande albero ha portato a "regali" indesiderati da parte di qualche abitante alato!! Leggermente defilato dalle zone più centrali, affollate e turistiche della città... consigliato.
