Für 15 Euro pro Person ist die Führung definitiv zu teuer ....für das Geld lieber gleich oben im Restaurant eine Käseplatte bestellen!!! Leider sind wir davon ausgegangen bei der Führung wenigstens ein bisschen Käse zu probieren, dem ist leider nicht so. Schade

Die Führung (15 € p.P.) war leider ihr Geld nicht wert. Wir durften nur Hygieneanzüge anziehen, kurz eine Spülmaschine sehen und standen dann etwa 15 Minuten im Reiferaum – insgesamt keine 20 Minuten. Der junge Guide war bemüht, aber mehr war’s nicht. Kann man sich sparen. Beim Käsetasting lief es organisatorisch auch nicht gut. Genug Personal war da, aber kaum jemand wollte bedienen. Erst nachdem wir uns bei einem jungen Mitarbeiter (ca. 15 Jahre) beschwert haben, kam Bewegung rein – er hat die Situation wirklich gerettet und sich toll gekümmert. Trotzdem: 30 Minuten bis zur Bestellung, dann noch 15 Minuten für Getränke und weitere 15 Minuten für die Käse- und Schinkenplatte. 👉 Positiv: Die Platten waren geschmacklich fantastisch! 7 Sorten Käse (20 €) und Schinken (18 €) – wirklich hochwertig, sehr unterschiedlich und lecker. Fazit: Führung: Kann man sich sparen. Tasting: Mit viel Zeit & Geduld durchaus ein Erlebnis. Am besten an einem Regentag einplanen – sonst geht zu viel Urlaubszeit drauf. Lichtblick: Der junge Mitarbeiter hinter der Theke – danke für deinen Einsatz!

We went on the tour and it was a unique experience! The tour group was quite large and those at the back of the group could not hear and sometimes would not be in the same room as the guide during explanations. Tours may benefit from a limited number of participants or a brochure to follow when you can’t hear. We would have loved to do tastings but there were too many reserved tables sitting empty and not enough open tables for the amount of people. A queue system would have been helpful so patrons would know approximately how long they would need to wait for a table. We waited an hour for a table before we decided to go on the tour and unfortunately were never able to get a tasting table.

Čakali sme 2 hodiny na obejednávku a všetkých okolo nás, aj tých, čo prišli po nás, obslúžili hneď. Keď už konečne prišli, taniere boli totálne špinavé.Totálne nezvládnutá obsluha a neschopný personál, ak by sa dalo dať 0/5, dostali by tie PS: za to čakanie to nestálo

Hemos llamado antes de ir para asegurarnos de que no hacía falta hacer una reserva. Nos han confirmado que al ser un grupo pequeño de cuatro personas no iban a tener problema en servirnos y que no era necesaria hacer la reserva. Hemos llegado y el restaurante estaba algo lleno, pero no demasiado. Después de estar 15 minutos sentadas en una mesa con platos sucios hemos llamado la atención de la camarera y nos ha dicho que no van a tener capacidad para servirnos hasta dentro de 20 minutos. Nos hemos tenido que levantar e irnos.

Everything was excellent. The tour was interesting. The tour guide communicative and answered all the questions. Later in the restaurant the cheese plate was fantastic. The service and atmosphere were great. Definitely worth a visit.

The 7 cheese plate was good, but the ham was truly disappointing. Many slices were dry, as if they were cut hours before. We discovered that the ham is not even cut by them, they use packed pre-cut ham. Given the price and that they only serve ham and cheese, we definitely expected a fresher product.

Wir kommen jedes Jahr hier vorbei und können nicht ohne den Schinken und das Salz und manchmal auch eine Flasche Wein von hier gehen. Die Verkäuferinnen sind immer sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Ja die Preise sind schon etwas höher als im Supermarkt, aber das sind wir gerne bereit auszugeben bei der Arbeit die hier in jedem Produkt steckt. Wenn ihr mal ein schönes souvenir braucht, dann fahrt ihr doch einfach mal hier vorbei.

Die Führung ist nett aber überbezahlt. Die Käse Kostprobe ist Ok aber auch sehr teuer. Dass man aber im angeschlossenen Shop teilweise das doppelte zahlt als im Supermarkt ist eine Frechheit. Fazit: Der Käse ist gut aber ab Fabrik Preise schauen anders aus.

Giustamente siamo arrivati alle 15.40 con chiusura ore 16.00, ci siamo scusati perche non eravamo a conoscenza degli orari. La barista ci ha squadrato da testa ai piedi (eravamo accaldati per il viaggio in moto) e con disprezzo e sorrisini vari ci ha fatto capire che era tardi. Abbiamo preso dell'acqua e abbiamo rinunciato alla degustazioni di formaggi. Prezzi alti acqua a 5 euro al litro, piu del vino e della birra.

Super miejsce, sery, mięso, wino i słodycze - wszystko sporządzone na wysokim poziomie. Wystrój sklepu bardzo ładny. Ceny raczej wysokie - szczególnie, że te same sery można kupić taniej w okolicznych marketach.
