Our Cheese Bar, located on the upper floor of our factory, boasts stunning views of the Kolan field and the northern part of the island. Here, you can sample a diverse range of our award-winning cheeses alongside selected local delicacies and premium Croatian wines.
The tasting room is designed to accommodate up to 100 guests, ensuring that larger groups can comfortably enjoy our offerings. Additionally, we provide a multi-language video presentation showcasing the journey of our cheese, from pasture to plate, enhancing your tasting experience.

Die Führung war gut aber die 15 Euro pro Person sind absolut überzogen. Die Verkostung muss man sich dann auch noch selber zahlen. Bei den Preisen im Shop vergeht einem dann der Gusto. Leider, denn die Käse sind gut.

Hey auf unserem Ausflug nach Novalija haben wir hier einen Stopp eingelegt und eine Käseplatte bestellt . Eine ein Personen Platte hat für uns 2 super gereicht. Sie hatte verschiedene Sorten Käse und Brot , Obst und Feigen Marmelade drauf . Sehr lecker und ein schönes Gebäude , die Besichtigung haben wir ausgelassen ( wir waren schon in Käsereien ) haben aber viele glückliche Besucher gesehen. Leider war am Feiertag der eigene Laden geschlossen.

Naručili smo platu sireva i tortu od skute, koja je bila odlična. Kušaonica ima i prostor za djecu. Možda bi mogla biti malo autentičnije uređena.

Le Gligora Cheese Bar, c’est le paradis des amateurs de fromage : des saveurs de ouf, des produits locaux top ! Mais petit avertissement : après avoir dégusté ces délices, attendez-vous à sortir avec une haleine qui pourrait faire fuir un bouc. Pas idéal pour un premier date à moins d’être prêts à partager une planche dégustation… et une haleine de fromage bien corsé ! Bêêêê 🐑
