Ottima esperienza! A differenza di altri locali, ho trovato una qualità superiore e un eccellente buon qualità‑prezzo, davvero giusti per il cuore della città vecchia. I camerieri sono cordiali, molto attenti e professionali. Consiglio vivamente il risotto al nero di seppia: ricco, saporito e ben presentato. Il servizio è rapido e cortese, l’atmosfera rustica ma accogliente, con porzioni generose e ingredienti freschi. Altamente consigliato!

Bedienung ausgezeichnet und sehr freundlich. Für mich bisher die beste Bedienung in Zadar! Das Essen war frisch und lecker, auch wenn das Essen nichts außergewöhnliches war. Für mich als Vegetarierin gab es nichts auf der Speisekarte, aber unser Kellner war sehr bemüht und hat den Koch gebeten, mir eine große vegetarische Hauptspeise zuzubereiten. Klare Empfehlung!

Personale gentilissimo e servizio accogliente.. sono stata omaggiata sia di un piccolo apetizer che il loro digestivo a fine pasto molto gradito. Ho ordinato il piatto tipico la pašticada, gli gnocchi erano freschi e si scioglievano in bocca .. la carne buona, ma l’aspettavo più tenera tipo stracotto ma era buonissima accompagnata da questa salsina di cipolle deliziosa. Il cameriere inoltre mi ha fornito quache info sulla produzione del digestivo e sul posto molto gentile. Consigliato ☺️

Tavoli all'aperto su una tranquilla piazzetta. Bello il retro della chiesa ma alcuni edifici circostanti sono brutti e poco curati, strano essendo nel centro storico di Zara. Pensavo meglio la cucina: il risotto al nero di seppia aveva più nero che seppie ed era leggermente troppo salato. La frittura di pesce era molliccia e alcuni pesciolini erano stati sottaceto. Buona la torta con granella di mandorla, sentore di arancio e top al cioccolato. Prezzo corretto

There are two different atmospheres, one inside and one in the garden. It's as if there are two different restaurants in the same place. The food was delicious and came quickly, and we didn't have to wait long to be seated. The staff are friendly, the prices are reasonable, and there is free WiFi.

Amazing restaurant and amazing food. The service is impeccable and they really do care about people. They were so attentive to our needs. The price is very affordable and it is the only restaurant in Zadar with excellent food and good prices. I definitely recommend this to everyone who is spending holidays in Zadar, and I will definitely come back.

We stumbled upon Jadera Traditional Restaurant while exploring the heart of Zadar, and what a gem we found! From the moment we walked in, the warm, authentic atmosphere completely won us over — cozy, relaxed, and full of charm. The food? Simply divine. We had the squid risotto and the lamb, and both were absolutely out of this world. The risotto was rich and perfectly cooked, with tender pieces of squid that melted in the mouth. The lamb was unbelievably flavorful — juicy, slow-cooked perfection with every bite. You can truly taste the love and heritage in every dish. But what made our evening truly exceptional was our waitress. Her kindness, professionalism, and effortless grace made us feel not just welcome, but genuinely cared for. She managed that beautiful balance of attentiveness and ease, always appearing at the right moment with a smile, ready to help or recommend something amazing. It’s rare to meet someone who clearly takes pride in what they do — she truly elevated the whole experience. We left full, happy, and already planning our return. Thank you, Jadera, and especially to the lovely lady who made us feel so special. This place is a must if you’re ever in Zadar!

Très sympa, j’ai pris le ragoût de bœuf. La sauce était excellente mais la viande un peu en dessous, du mijoté aurait été préférable car plus tendre. Là c’était un steak je voyais pas trop l’intérêt.

Fantastic tuna steak, made perfectly medium as it should be with great side spinach and swiss sauce. Also big portion for great price. Recommended!
