If you're in Llubljana and you're looking for amazing Slovenian food, MOST is the place to go. To MOST is the most amazing restaurant I have ever gone to. Their amazingness goes beyond food. We had a long day; we hiked up to the Llubljana Castle and also went to Atlantis that day. By the time we got to get dinner, it was already 9:30 pm. We had a 10 year old with us, and as you would expect from a kid who had been roaming a city and swimming all day, he was tired. So he decided to sleep on the table as we ate. Later on, Dennis & -our amazing waiter- brought out a blanket as we were seated outside. They do the MOST to make sure their customers are taken care of. The food, was not short of amazing. I had gotten a Potato soup with truffles, which was very hearty but and perfect. The truffle was perfectly balanced and did not over power the dish by any means at all. Not to mention that the soup was the perfect amount for a started and only cost €5. My friend got the beef cheeks, which I believe was braised. Also with a side of mashed potatoes, which I think was broiled, hence the brown crust. The plate was nothing short of succulent and wonderful textures. However the star of the night was my beautiful John Dory fish. The delicate fish was oven baked with a variety of veggies alongside it. It was excellently executed. When Dennis came out with my John Dory, he encouraged us to take pictures before he delicately prepped the fish for me to enjoy nicely. Not to mention that they have the MOST amazing Martini.

Elegancka restauracja gdzie kelner kwieciście opisuje potrawy. Restauracja znajduje się na parterze kamienicy przy nabrzeżu i jest urządzona w przyjaznym nieco ludowym stylu (jest dużo jasnego drewna) a jednocześnie jest elegancko. Jadłam przystawkę ze szparagami, potem stek z truflami. Wszystko było zrobione z dobrej jakości produktów. Miejsce wieczorem wypełniło się gośćmi.
