Leider absolut enttäuschend. Ich habe 25 Minuten auf einen einfachen Kaffee gewartet – und das in einem halb leeren Lokal mitten im Palmanova Outlet Village. Als ich höflich den Kellner (kleiner Mann, Piercing am linken Ohr) leicht an der Schulter berührt und gefragt habe, ob der Kaffee bald kommt, ist er komplett ausgerastet. Er hat mich angeschrien, dass ich ihn „nicht anfassen darf“ – obwohl ich ihn weder grob noch unhöflich berührt habe. Das war kein Service, das war ein schlechter Film. Kommunikation null, Freundlichkeit unterirdisch, Tempo katastrophal. Für ein Einkaufszentrum mit so vielen internationalen Gästen ist das einfach peinlich. Nie wieder.

This place was such a pleasant surprise! I came in expecting a quick bite and left completely impressed – and very full. I had a pizza and gnocchi with tomato sauce, and honestly? Both were amazing. The pizza had that perfect thin, crispy base with rich, flavorful toppings. The tomato sauce tasted fresh and homemade, not your average stuff from a can. And the prosciutto? Oh wow. Thinly sliced, full of flavor – just the way it should be. The gnocchi were soft and fluffy, like little clouds, swimming in a delicious tomato sauce that actually tasted like sun-ripened tomatoes. A touch of fresh basil on top sealed the deal. Simple food done really well. The staff were friendly, the vibe was relaxed, and everything came out just right. If you're craving something comforting, Italian, and made with love – this is your spot. I’m definitely coming back (probably sooner than I should 😄).
