Wonderful service and friendly staff, huge portions and lots of flavour in their traditional dishes. We tried the sausage, traditional saukraut soup as well as the buckwheat dumpling, cottage cheese dumpling and a sweet, pear and caramel dumpling. Highly recommend the soup and sausage as well as the sweet dumpling. A must visit when in Ljubljana. Note there is limited seating inside so it's best to come early or off peak. Also note there are no toilets at this restaurant

This was the perfect lunch on a cold winter's day. We had the cauliflower soup, cabbage stew, autumn salad, and a spinach dumpling. The dumpling was so good that I bought 4 to go on my way out. You can buy them to take home, and they provide you with instructions for how to steam them. The cabbage stew is delicious - it's made with sour kraut and has a lovely flavor. With the salad, you get oip and vinegar, and pumpkin oil to try the local specialty. I'm so happy we ate here before leaving Ljubljana.

Stopped here for lunch and shared a savoury (spinach) and sweet (chocolate and raspberry) dumpling. Both delicious! We had just one problem - our stay in Ljubljana wasn’t long enough to go back to try all the other delicious flavours. I did take home the cheese and raisin one (they provided instructions for steaming). I still cannot decide which was my favourite…merits another visit!

The best place to taste traditional Slovenian food. The sausages were really tasty but a bit heavy so make sure you don’t order too much of them. The vegetable soup was incredible and the bread was home made! Definitely try it if you are in Ljubljana! The sweet dumplings were not in our taste but still interesting and delicious !

We tried the first time in our life the traditional Slovenian dessert Struklji. We had a vegan chocolate, normal chocolate and chocolate banana one and they where all amazing, definitely recommend this place also for cheap coffee. The other dishes also looked very good and smelled very tasteful.

They serve traditional slovenian food. It is one of the best place to experience true slovenian vibe through food in Ljubljana. The service is also very nice, and personal very kind. The price is normal or better said cheap for the quality of the food you get.

Dumplings are excellent, no surprise there then. We sat outside & when it rained, half way though our meal, the staff were only concerned with their menu's not getting wet & not at all bothered about what happened to us. Salad chicken was indispensable from the bread croutons. Food came in 4 - 10 minute stages, with salads last, plenty of staff on, so not because of that. Just come here for the dumplings, they are incredible,..when it's sunny
