Restaurację odkryliśmy w przedostatni dzień pobytu. I to był strzał w dziesiątkę. Oddalona była od naszego apartamentu o 1,5km ( na tej samej ulicy) ale dojazd wyłącznie autem dla osób o mocnych nerwach. Wąska uliczka z mnóstwem ( naprawdę mnóstwem) bardzo stromych zakrętów. Było warto👍 Restauracja czynna od godziny 18:00 i wyłącznie z rezerwacją. Udało nam się zarezerwować ostatni wolny stolik po krótkiej rozmowie ( chyba z managerem). Pan zaproponował nam wybór grillowanych mięs i ryb oraz risotto z warzywami. Nie zawiodłam się. Dania przepyszne. Polecam 👍 Obsługa bez zarzutu, pan kelner bardzo miły. Z racji że również prowadzimy rodzinną Restaurację z mężem w Warszawie cieszymy się że mogliśmy być Państwa gośćmi. To był udany wieczór. Bardzo dziękujemy 😊 Najbardziej zaskoczyła nas cena ( oczywiście pozytywnie). 👍👍👍

Lovely evening meal watching the sun go down at Konoba Argola, a family of four, we tried the fish and meat platters and the vegetable risotto. The food was excellent and the service unhurried, efficient and friendly. We booked in advance via WhatsApp following a recommendation from our host in Split the communication with the team was excellent and they ask for a pre-order to keep things simple. Overall, not cheap but good value as the location is unique. The drive up to isn’t for the faint hearted but I’d definitely say it’s worth doing if you find yourself in the area.

In love with this place. The view is stunning especially if you go around sunset. It’s just magical even if you don’t get a table next to the sea/edge. The food was superb. We had the traditional fish menu and the seafood menu with octopus. Everything was delicious but the octopus was out of this world. One of the best I’ve eaten. The potatoes were slightly too salty for my taste but I eat very little salt anyway. I would definitely recommend and would love to go back! The octopus salad was also very good. Portions are quite generous. We couldn’t finish everything and got the rests for later. Next day was still very good. It is up in the mountain so the last 10 minutes drive involves steep hill and some curves. But it is worth it! The only negative I can find is that they only take cash payments which can be slightly inconvenient nowadays.

It was the best evening from our vacation in Croatia. I feel so lucky that I found this local restaurant. Everything was perfect. Atmosphere, food, view (sunset time the best) and the most amazing thing that there are working a family, they have a history to this place and it was so interesting to know and talk to some of them 🥰 Thanks for such a wonderful time ❤️

Awful, the most awful food i have ever eaten. Plates were dirty, food was not seasoned, it took very long, and food was not done the way we asked( we asked for no tomatoes in the salad and they gave with tomatoes and said they cannot do it again) Food was too expensive for that. Awful, i do not recommend at all!

Ive been to many places in the world, and this place isn’t about idealism. I was shocked to meet and get to know the family. True stories. The grandfather still cooks on the grill. He told me, he loves it and he does it for his family. But it’s hard. This family is caught in their own success. There are no days off. When you come to this place, I hope you cherish the atmosphere. It is real. And hard. And full of love and real life. Respect it. It might not be forever. Thank you for the experience ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Traditionell mat som smakar bra men tyvärr inte värt pengarna. Mycket mat på tallrikarna men trots att vi alla vuxna valde ”Set meny” och barnmenyn för 22€/st ingick inte dricka och efterrätt till alla. För totalupplevelsen så får man en unik plats och om vädret tillåter magisk utsikt, mycket vackert och trevlig personal! Vi var två familjer, 4 vuxna och 5 barn, och inkl transport gav vi en bit över 520€.
