"Marinierter Thinfisch": Umami&frischer Fish, "Beef Cubes": am Punkt mit Trüffel-Aroma/tolles Ausgangsprodukt, "Eggplant": a perfect deconstruction and reconstruction leading directly to the essence of this fruit, "Grammeln mit Eigelb": Thanks from the bottom of the Austrian-Hungarian Soul, Ravioli with cottage cheese and pistachio: wonderfull, "cheese": nearly made me cry - an amazing journey to the tragic side of the slovenian soul, roasted Duck: melts on the tounge and the millefoglie with raspberries and sweet wine prepared the bed time! A wonderful evening!

Kulinarični večer Chef razloži kako je pripravil posamezno jed, kar redko slišimo. Kakovostne surovine! Vse pripravljeno v kuhinji, tudi kruh in testenine, fond(i)... Izjemno doživetje, bogastvo okusov, odlično ujemanje z vini.
