I wanted to visit this restaurant again since my dad took me there more than 10 years ago as what I got on the plate then was so memorable and it was no different this time. I had a clear tomato soup with pine nut filled dumplings and sea bass with smoked puree, truffles and bisque sauce. The soup was surprisingly full of flavour and the main course was just a tasteful combination of perfectly executed quality ingredients. They also served us with an entertaining starter and a tasteful desert and with that included I thought the prices were good for the level they provide. The place is cozy inside and outside, tastefully lovely and traditional and Mr. Bolka's style with the customers is just like everything else - simple, elegant and smooth. I also found it cool that they acknowledge veganism separately and are eco oriented in general without making too much fuss about it. It's really cool to eat like this in such a homely environment. Would recommend it to a relaxed group of friends on a trip on one hand or for a high profile business lunch. Can't wait to try a full menu some time.
