Nikakvi odnos ženske po telefonu, prvo reče da dostavljajo, potem pa da oni ne dostavljajo. Katastrofa!!

Waitress shouted on the guest in front of the full terrace! The food is average, and the service is extremely slow, even if you order it an advance by the phone. The problem is: I had just 30 minutes of lunch break. Once I politely asked a blond, short waitress if I can order when she was still doing a small talk with guest who were already leaving. She started yelling at me in front of the full terrace that I have comments every day. It's not my fault that we have in company where I work for electronic evidence of working time which deduct seconds from my break. So she knew I was a regular guest even I saw her first time. That means waiters were talking behind my back rather to prepare lunch faster. When I order it in advance by the phone, I was still waiting 45 min. Once I got the black hair in my food which I mentioned to a slow waitress in a bar, and she said she won't charge me. I was thankful because I didn't request it. After 2 days the incident with the blond waitress happened, she also castigated me I ate the lunch, but I didn't pay. But the lady in the bar offered me no charge! And with the other waiter we had an agreement to bring me the bill together with food because I don't have time to wait, but nothing changed. The small blond waitress rather yelled on a regular guest and to chase it away than keep it and better organize the service. And shouting at the guest in front of other guests is just outrageously! They need so much to learn how to properly behave towards guests. This was my last time in this restaurant and I don't recommend it to anybody!
