had a 5-course wine - it's superb :P but on a more serious note: delicious food with bold flavors that pair well with local wine. cannot recommend enough. photos probably don't do it justice. this is a great example of simple representation. I love when the food is just food and it's more about taste and aroma than how fancy it looks. it looks good just because it is good.

We are food and wine lovers visiting Slovenia from London. In all honesty, this meal was the highlight of our trip. I cannot fault a single item from the menu, and I even enjoyed flavours and ingredients I do not usually like. We commend the team highly and the wine selection is really special, offering almost all their wines by the glass. Special thanks to Janez for his hospitality!

Great food and great service. Really enjoyed the 7 course omakase. And the wine selection was incredible. My second wine choice Edi Simucic was the best red wine I had so far!!! Thanks for the hospitality :)

We had a wonderful dinner for the last day of 2023, I cannot imagine a best way to celebrate the old year and to welcome the new year.

Very interesting food with a minimum waste concept, great atmosphere and very pleasant service, Georgie was fully packed when we visited. Ljubljana has some great restaurants and Georgie is most definitely among the top few! Make sure to book ahead and enjoy the experience.

We visited the place on New Year’s Eve, and the food was good presentation and taste was interesting and wine paring was an interesting exploration of the Slovenian grapes for the most of it, the only issue was that the main course was overcooked and instead of getting a proper portion I got the trimmings, those should never have been served to a customer!

Locale ben curato e personale molto gentile e ben preparato. Menù degustazione da 9 portate (82€) veramente eccellente. 3 calici di vino in abbinamento, acqua e caffe’, totale 106€. Molto soddisfatto!!!
