This operator is beyond rude. We have taken many tours around the world and many have stated that tickets need to be purchased in advance. We purchased the tour five months in advance and never heard from the operator until we were traveling two days before the tour was to happen. They were not polite or step by step with the instructions to buy tickets for the park we were stopping at during the transfer. They were terse and short followed but insulting. As we were on a layover in another country without good Internet connection we were able to buy the tickets but not download the tickets. We thought we would have to buy tickets on site in advance of the tour like many other tours we have taken. Rather than start a communication with courtesy and gratitude for a customer they wait until the last minute and order us to immediately buy tickets. They are passively aggressive and fully aggressive more interested in making demands and insulting us than delivering a good experience to their customers. There are many positive operators that offer the same services. Do yourself a favor and hire one of their many competitors instead. They have also posted our personal location on our reviews for them in retaliation and offering the ultimate display of their unprofessionalism. Avoid at all costs.

Loved my tour with this company. Went to Plitvice Lakes in May and it was perfect! The driver was nice, clean and comfortable vehicle, and the guide in the Park was great too.
