Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Odległość do morza 10 metrów. Mieszkałem z rodziną w Apartamencie 4+1. Duży, przestronny z widokiem na morze. Miejsce idealne na wypoczynek. Umeblowanie w starym stylu. Nie wpływa to jednak na ogólne dobre wrażenie. Polecam ten apartament i lokalizację.

Zelo zanikrn apartma, umazan, staro pohistvo, nabrano iz vseh vetrov. Ni osnovnega kuhinjskega pribora, v kopalnici polomljena omarica za ogledalo, umazana tus kabina, posteljnina smrdi po starem in neprezračenem. Skratka, ne priporočam. Edina dobra stvar je blizina plaže in zunanji tuš. Lastnica ne ve ničesar o nastanitvah in rece naj se obrnem na Aleksa, ta pa ima 100 izgovorov za vsako stvar. Z mozem sva predčasno odšla drugam

The apartment was in terrible condition.It was extremely dirty,with mold in the bathroom and dead insects lying around.For a few days there was no electricity in the kitchen and bathroom,no hot water in the bathroom,and in the second bathroom the water heater wasn't working at all.The owner was impossible to reach cause he driving to somewhere drunk or he just not understand what we talking to him.

Cleanliness: When we arrived, the apartment was extremely dirty — as if nobody had been there for years. We had to sweep the floors ourselves and clean both the kitchen and the bathroom. When we showed the owner the dirt and mess, he didn’t even bother to apologize. The bathroom had visible mold (I wouldn’t recommend stepping into the shower barefoot), the fridge was filthy, and there were bugs under the beds. Contact with the host: Be warned — the host doesn’t speak English (or maybe he does, but 95% of the time he’s drunk and mumbling under his breath). He doesn’t take responsibility for anything and completely ignores messages, even when they are translated into Croatian. His favorite excuse whenever there’s a problem is: “I’ll be there in 20 minutes” — and then he disappears for the entire day. Problem solving: One day the water boiler broke. They “fixed” it, but in the process managed to cut off electricity for the entire floor. The boiler didn’t work for two more days, and electricity was restored only after three days — and that happened only after numerous arguments and complaints. The owner simply doesn’t care. He takes full payment on the first day, so he feels no obligation to help his guests afterward. Other things to watch out for: He will tell you that someone from his family passed away, so they “didn’t have time to prepare the apartment” — in that case, maybe don’t rent it at all? He’ll also tell you that if you don’t like something, you’re free to pack your bags and leave because he supposedly has “30 guests waiting for these rooms”. He’ll proudly say that the location is so good he could charge much more, so you should just “be thankful and stay quiet”. Overall: I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone — even if the price seems like a good deal. It’s not worth ruining your vacation with constant problems and being left completely on your own. The owner never takes responsibility for anything — every issue is blamed on someone else, some “third-party” person who supposedly messed something up. At one point, we partly fixed the electricity ourselves, because after the owner took a quick glance at the fuse box and claimed everything looked fine, he simply left… to meet his friends and drink more alcohol. His partner will come to you and say “I’m sorry” a hundred times, as if that magically fixes anything — spoiler: it doesn’t. To make matters worse, the owner constantly reeks of alcohol — and yes, he drives a car in that state. Stay away from this place if you value your health, safety, and peace of mind during your holiday.
