Boravak u ovom apartmanu nadmašio je sva naša očekivanja. Smještaj je luksuzan i prostran s predivnim detaljima koji čine razliku. Lokacija je idealna – doslovno nekoliko koraka do plaže i restorana, što nam je omogućilo da se potpuno opustimo bez potrebe za autom. Poseban dojam ostavio je bazen na krovu – pravi mali raj za uživanje u miru, uz pogled na šumu i more. Definitivno mjesto kojem ćemo se rado vratiti i koje s iskrenim preporukama preporučujemo svima koji traže kombinaciju udobnosti, luksuza i top lokacije!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about our experience at this house. This was by far the worst stay we've had in Croatia. The property is misleadingly advertised — while the location by the sea is beautiful, everything else about the stay was unacceptable. Communication with the host was unhelpful and at times rude, and any concerns we raised were met with excuses rather than solutions. Noise was another huge issue — whether it was loud neighbors, construction nearby, or poor soundproofing, it was nearly impossible to relax. For the price we paid, we expected at least basic hospitality and cleanliness, but instead got none of the charm or comfort this place claims to offer. I strongly advise future travelers to look elsewhere where they actually care about their guests. I was threatened by the host not to leave negative feedback. They will certainly say we didn't stay here.

Vlasnik apartmana je dobro poznati prevarant: Ivan Vinković - prevarant koji stoji iza: najjeftinijegume.hr i Vintax rent a car, gdje je više građana prevareno, sve je još na sudovima ali prevarantu se ne moze stati na kraj očito. Nakon policije, i Državni inspektorat uključio se u slučaj prevare više desetaka hrvatskih i stranih državljana od strane rent-a-car agencije Vintax

Zgrada apartmana se nalazi i predivnoj prirodi, daleko od gradske vreve i buke… uzivali smo na terasi u miru i tisini i cvrkutu ptica! Apartmani su novogradnja, sredjeni jako kvalitetnim i modernim namjestajem… Sve jako cisto, mirisno i uredno… gazda jako kulturan, ljubazan i fin. Bili smo jako zadovoljni sa svime i mozemo dalje preporuciti!

Odličan smještaj, čist, uredan i prostran. Terasa savršena s prekrasnim pogledom na more. Ljubazni domaćini, gdje se osjeti iskrena zainteresovanost da gostu bude lijepo i opušteno. Lokacija ovog luksuznog apartmana je nedaleko od centra Zadra i nalazi se u mirnoj ulici, takodjer ovaj smještaj nudi i privatni bazen na vrhu zgrade koji ima prekrsan pogled na more.
