Extremely Disappointing Tour – False Advertising, Discrimination, and Zero Accountability, Poor Communication, Safety Issues, UNCOMFORTABLE on worn down boat for hours and hours. DO NOT RECOMMEND. This was a very, very disappointing tour and did not match at all the description on Viator’s site. We visited fewer islands than 5 and there was zero “Mamma Mia” related activity, despite it being prominently advertised. Check-in was chaotic, the boat ride felt unsafe at times (family with 3 older teen boys and this was 3rd jet boat this trip in europe but first where we were so sea sick and uncomfortable), and I’m not convinced the skipper was even aware of the planned itinerary. Several boat and water safety concerns arose, and the other family of on our tour also had confirmation of a completely different itinerary than what was delivered. We communicated our concerns to the supplier, Providenca Travel & Charter, at the very beginning of the trip, highlighting the poor communication and confusion around the itinerary - asked them to send me hour by hour plan so we could understand where we were and when to eat/drink/primary needs (note they were very responsive prior to the tour by email which was striking contrast thenafter). For example, no one on the boat understood when we would stop for lunch, which island we were on when we did stop, or why parts of the itinerary were changed or cancelled. At one point, the skipper simply said, “Look there, an island we will not stop at because…” and drove away. He barely spoke english. I later contacted Viator, who shockingly responded by referencing a message from the tour provider that implied the issue was because we “brought children with special needs on board although not recommended for this tour.” This is both false and discriminatory. Our children are teenagers (actually 3 high level football athletes), and the only “special need” was the basic necessity of knowing when we would eat or drink, especially since nothing was provided on the boat. I had simply asked for a partial credit because the tour was not as advertised. Instead, I was refused any refund. The level of integrity shown by this operator is zero—I am shocked that after collecting over $1,000, they are now ghosting us entirely. Given the clear mismatch between what was promised and what was delivered, the poor communication, safety concerns, and the inappropriate response received, I continue to respectfully ask for a partial credit. If the email communications are being reviewed and both the operator and Viator choose to act with integrity—acknowledging the errors and offering a sincere apology for the discriminatory remarks made regarding non-visible disabilities (I happen to be a paediatrician and am in utmost shock that such discrimination can occur against non visual disabilities)—I will be open to updating this review. We are all human, and if this situation is addressed fairly and with accountability, I will reflect that in a revised review that acknowledges a willingness to correct what may have been an unfortunate first round of responses. DO NOT recommend this tour, especially not with this OPERATOR. As for VIATOR customer support ...oof, so disappointing. The only bright part of the tour was that BLUE CAVEs are indeed a phenomenal experience. 9:45 am ..following this review, the operator sent me an email accusing me of not knowing how to navigate the information on their website (if a doctor cant navigate website info ... oof lol); when reading how this operator responds to all feedback on social (whether TripAdvisor or Google), I can see this is their pattern of false advertise, grab money, and not worry about quality as the customer experience is of no matter to them once they received payment. they blame customers for things gone poorly. anyways, on and forward.

I loved this speed boat tour so much. We did the "Blue cave, Mamma Mia and Hvar, 5 islands speedboat tour" with Laura and Pierro and it was fantastic. Our guides were amazing and the speed boat itself was so much fun. Even though we couldn't visit the blue cave and another island because of a previous storm, it was still very much worth it!

This boat tour was absolutely incredible! From the moment we stepped on board, the atmosphere was perfect — amazing music, breathtaking scenery, and an all-around easygoing, fun vibe. Big thanks to Lia and Matea for making the day so special — their energy, warmth, and eye for detail really elevated the whole experience. If you’re after an epic time on the water, look no further. Highly recommend!

Had a phenomenal day trip across multiple islands. A mix of history and film knowledge paired with swimming opportunities. Our guides Mario and Petra were absolutely fantastic; great banter, multi-language and really friendly for the whole trip. This is a must-do for a day trip in Split!

La excursión es muy recomendable porque ves muchas cosas y te lo pasas bien en la lancha rápida pero aconsejó llevar una sudadera para el camino por el aire, unos escarpines para poder bañarte y ropa seca para cambiarte Empezamos con un paseo de 20 min el lancha hasta llegar a Milna donde estaremos 70 min para dar un paseo y desayunar Luego otros 40 min de lancha para llegar a Blue Lagoon y poder bañarnos donde estaremos otros 70 min para disfrutar de este lugar, aquí tenemos la opción de pedir gafas de Snorkel Volvemos a montarnos en la lancha rápida y tenemos de recorrido ahora unos 20 min para llegar a HVAR, aquí estamos 2’30” para disfrutar de lo que queramos para luego usar la lancha y unos 40 min hasta llegar a Sutivan y tenemos 1 hora para verlo, tomar algo o bañarnos De nuevo en la lancha y camino a Split ya, unos 20 min de trayecto, hemos llegado a a Split a las 16:20, no hemos visto la cueva azul por alguna razón Hay que decir que la excursión merece mucho la pena, está todo muy bien organizado y con tiempo suficiente para verlo y disfrutar, con mención especial para nuestras amigas Laura y María que eran las capitanas de la lancha, muy buena música para los traslados en lancha que se te hacen muy amenos con música, la excursión muy pero que muy recomendable

Dangerous and irresponsible. Our whole boat was holding on for dear life while we were on the water. Five people had to sit on the bow of the boat while going 30 knots through white capped water. The speedboat rocks you up and down, frequently throws you, and is not properly equipped to hold on to. At least 5 of the 12 people in our group were bleeding, blistered from holding onto ropes, and mentally shaken after our day on the water. We called the company to see if it was possible to change boats to one better equipped for rough waters — we were told “this is just how it is, it’s the Adriatic see and we’ve been doing this for 30 years” — but no warning as to how rough the ride would be beforehand. In a group of 3 perfectly healthy active and fit young adults, we have had back pain for 3 days now after being thrown around on this boat. This company will not cancel if the ocean is rough, they will just put you at risk. We couldn’t go to the blue caves even thought they told us this was “perfect conditions”. This has messed up the rest of our trip as we have had to cancel other tours and places we wanted to visit due to excruciating back pain.

We had a great day on the boat for our private tour. Our skipper was Steve, and he was fabulous. He reached out prior to our trip to confirm all the details and offered prep information to make sure we had the best day- which we did. If he hadn’t reminded us to dress warm due to the early departure time- we would have been miserable. One of my daughters was having trouble with the wind bothering her ears, and he stopped and offered a neck gator/shield for her and even after seeing her uncomfortable, he messaged a colleague to borrow his windbreaker which he provided to my daughter after our first stop. Just went above and beyond to make our trip/time together perfect. And it was! 10/10 recommend Providenca Charters AND Steve!

Wir hatten einen superschönen Ausflug nach Trogir, zur blauen Lagune und Maslinica. Schon im Voraus bei der Buchung hatte ich Kontakt mit Katarina. Sie war sehr bemüht, super hilfsbereit und antwortete wirklich schnell auf alle meine Fragen. Wir hatten alle sehr viel Spass auf dem Speedboot und unsere Guides waren super entspannt und lustig!!!

The tour was a disappointment. We booked a 10-11 hour Blue Cave, Hvar and 5 islands tour (including a swim at the Blue Lagoon). We ended up on a sunny day with only Hvar and 3 islands, finishing in just under 9 hours. No Blue Cave and no Blue Lagoon visit and swim at Budikovac island. We were told Blue Cave was closed due to bad weather and that's understandable. But no Blue Lagoon swim too...and no stopping at another island called Srebena? What's really sad is that they don't try to provide alternatives like perhaps bringing us to the beach at Hvar, if indeed the weather didn't permit at Blue Lagoon (puzzling in itself because it's sunny on Monday). They would rather finish 1.5 hours short and of course save their costs. I have taken a while before giving this negative review because I was liaising with their Magdalena. But her responses were just excuses. We were simply short changed.
