Siamo rimaste sconvolte perché non è un'agenzia seria,in quanto ci hanno mandato in un appartamento, eravamo in 3,dove a detta loro è richiesta nostra,si poteva portare il cane,ma arrivati lì,la sig Nada padrona di casa,ci ha detto di non lasciarlo mai a casa senza di noi!!! Assurdo! Tanto chè,molte spiagge non lo vogliono..poi cosa gravissima, Nada,in nostra assenza è entrata a casa non pensando che noi avessimo messo un controllo! Cmq alla mia richiesta,ha negato,poi ha dovuto ammettere! L'agenzia l'ha contattata perché ha detto che non era corretto entrare in casa..scherziamo? È gravissimo! Cmq l'agenzia non ci ha tutelato per niente,noi volevamo andare via subito,ma loro non ci hanno aiutato in nulla!! Pessima agenzia e pessima la padrona Della casa Marijia Nada

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub, in einem Haus das ok war. Vermittelt durch Kranj. Allerdings behauptet Kralj nun das wir im Garten etwas beschädigt haben, und verlangt nun €170,- als Schadenersatz. Obwohl wir nichts beschädigt haben, sollen wir jetzt zahlen. Die Agentur kümmert sich nur um die Angelegenheiten des Vermieters, Kunden sind egal. Uns wurde auch vorgeworfen Gläser zerbrochen zu haben, und die Kinder waren angeblich auf einem Nachbargrundstück… was absolut nicht stimmt. Ich fühle mich sehr respektlos und ungerecht behandelt.

Zostaliśmy oszukani przez tą agencję . Zmienili nam apartament na dużo gorszy , bez klimatyzacji , wifi , kuchni , widoku na morze w bardzo głośnej okolicy . Miejsce oddalone od centrum i plaży . Nie chcą nam zwrócić pieniędzy za pobyt. Uważajcie jeśli możecie . Bo dostaniecie taki apartament który ma 8 m2
