Krásné ubytování v centru jezera Bled. Wellness dostačující, snídaně a večeře výborné, parkování. Na pokoji nám ale nefungovala klimatizace což je škoda v těchto vedrech..

I only came to Bled for one day and drop by at tourist office. They gave me a free map and good advice on how to see as many attractions as possible in one day.

This bike rental place was a terrible experience overall. The service was awful, the staff was unfriendly and did not help us find suitable bikes. Additionally, the staff was rude and ugly when dealing with kids . It was a disappointing experience, and we are certain that such a place has no place in the service industry.

Booked a transfer from Bled to the airport on the night before. No problems with getting a seat - timely departure, comfortable van and nice driver. All safe and on time. Recommended if arriva bus is not available.

We had an amazing experience with the agency, visiting Postojna and Predjama Castle. Our guide did a great job. She was very kind and caring about all the group and helped us answering lots of questions we made. John from Australia

Quite possibly the worse rental situation I’ve ever find myself in. The manager was rude when we simply offering a concern on the condition of a bike. But since I’m a guest in a foreign country I figured I’d leave it alone. Maybe he had a bad day? I am not sure. In my opinion, the bikes were poorly cared for. The fleet of bikes are old and worn. So I take full responsibility for even pursuing the transaction. It’s my fault. We really just wanted to experience the lake as a family via a bike ride. Took off for our bike ride around Lake Bled and my bike didn’t last very long. I had to conduct repairs half way through the ride. My sons bike had a poor break system and overall weren’t great either. Due to traffic we walked out bikes from the rental establishment to the Lake. Otherwise we would have caught the deficiencies earlier. Went back and told the guy about the issues and he refused to acknowledge the issues. I didn’t even go back to complain. I just wanted to let him know the bike needed serious serving. He said I probably couldn’t ride a bike. Didn’t argue with him. Didn’t respond to his attitude. Didn’t say anything too him. I chose to write the review to warn families about this place.

Worst customer service. Man behind counter is beyond rude and condescending. Also, he gave us a bike with a messed up chain so most of our ride was unpleasant. It was my husband’s bike. When we returned them and tried to tell him the bike needed to be fixed, he scoffed at us. Then he proceeded to tell my husband, who’s almost 40, that some people don’t know how to ride a bike. When we were walking away he said “nothing is wrong with this bike.” Our kids were even shocked with his rude reactions and responses to us. Our entire trip here at bled has been unbelievably amazing and this guy gave us a reality check. I am not sure who is his boss or if he owns it but I would NEVER recommend this shop to even my worst enemy. DO NOT GO HERE. Take your money and support someone else.

Free maps for hiking and biking which is nice. People that work there can be a bit grumpy. Booking fees apply but not mentioned before the transaction takes place.
