Wir waren mit 2 Kindern in Portoroz. Heuer erstmalig in einer Ferienwohnung. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert(wir wurden per WhatsApp über den Zeitpunkt genau informiert), genaue Anfahrtserklärung mittels Bildschirm, sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter. Sogar die vergessene Kleidung wurde uns nachgeschickt.

Po plačilu akontacije sta 2 osebi v skupini odpovedali dopust, zato so v agenciji rekli da za njih ne rabimo plačati turistične takse (skupna vrednost 27€). Na sedežu v Portorožu smo se vse lepo zmenili rečeno je bilo da bomo denar dobili vrnjen na isti TRR iz katerega je bila plačana akontacija. Ker denarja po nekaj mesecih se vedno ni bilo, smo pisali mail, na katerega OD DECEMBRA LANI nismo dobili odgovora. Ne moti me sploh teh 27€, ker smo nalašč počakali nekaj mesecev ker smo vedeli da imajo zaradi bonov "gužvo", temveč to da očitno niso dovolj resni, da bi beležili svoje finančne obveznosti (oz. jih izpolnjevali) ter ljudem, ki preprosto želijo denar kateri pripada njim, niti ne odgovorijo na mail. Želeli smo rezervirati apartma, vendar se na telefon nihče ni oglasil 2 dni !!! Ko se je po veliko klicih le nekdo oglasil, je le nesramno odvrnil da gre na malico in da bo poklical čez eno uro. Tega klica nikoli ni bilo, na naše klice pa se sploh ne odzivajo več! Izjemno neprofesionalna komunikacija, brezbrižen odnos do strank, zaradi velike neresnosti, ko so nas pustili čakati, smo izgubili vse možnosti za druge rezervacije apartmajev.

Buchung 4 Tage vor Beginn des Buchungszeitraumes, ohne jegliche Angabe von Gründen, storniert. Eine neue Unterkunft zu finden gestaltete sich natürlich mehr als kompliziert. Zum Glück wurde über ein großes Portal gebucht, sodass die Rückerstattung hoffentlich ohne Probleme abläuft. Durch die fehlende Transparenz äußerst unprofessioneller Eindruck.
