Toen ik Google maps aan het bekijken was, kwam ik toevallig bij Matjaz terecht. Ik stuurde hem een whatsapp en kreeg hetzelfde uur reactie. Na enkele heen en weer berichtjes was onze duik geregeld. Onze duik was in het meer van Bled. Matjaz weet precies waar de grote meervallen te vinden zijn. Hij stelt je heel erg op je gemak. Fantastische ervaring!

3 hele toffe duiken gemaakt, waarvan 1 verrassende duik in een rivier met forel. Matjaz is een enthousiaste gids en spreekt redelijk goed Engels. In lake Bled weet hij precies de locaties waar grote meervallen zitten!

Just a single dive during my short stay in Bled but hugely worth it. Communication with Matjaz before arrival was very efficient (be as exact as possible about equipment sizes required for the dives as the dive centre is not in Bled so the equipment is brought to the dive site). Met Matjaz and the other divers at appointed place and time. A dive briefing before kitting up and getting in the 23C water (at this time of year). Saw some seriously huge catfish along with carp and pike-perch plus lots of other freshwater fish during the 50 minute-long shallow dive (max 4.7m). At end of dive we simply de-kitted and Matjaz took it away in the car so no rinsing like I'm used to. Very unique among my 250+ dives and very memorable. Next time I will go for the Bohinj dives for a totally different experience.

One of the best diving instructors i have met. I Booked a refresher course for updating my padi skills. Matjaž was easy and very friendly in communication. Via whatsapp i could make a reservation at almost any time i wanted. We did 2 houres of skills drills with clear instructions and a most enthousiastic dive intructor. After that i also Booked a separate dive in lake Bled the following day. It was a nice dive around 1 houre. The first half was underneath the walking lane build in 1980 at the lake. Some big cat fish are swimming there. If you want a personal, save and professional diving experience no matter your diving level. I would recommand this dive center with Matjaž as your instructor.

I had an amazing dive ! I was first a bit sceptic about the depth that was announced but in the end I would do this dive again and again. We saw dozens of catfish (some of them were almost 2m), dozens of small pikes and even one close to 1 meter. Carps and perches were also part of the game. I highly recommend this dive for all diving lovers. What an experience ! Thanks a lot :)

Wij hebben de afgelopen twee dag twee keer gedoken met Matjaz. Hij weet de mooie plekjes te vinden waar veel vis zit een echte aanrader

Na twee jaar weer een keer met Matjaz gedoken in Bled. Fijne gids / instructeur en geweldig om te duiken hier. In een vrij ondiepe duik zie je veel vis, waaronder grote meervallen en karpers. Erg bijzondere duik!

Duiken in Lake Blad was echt een speciale ervaring! Naast verschillende schollen met vissen hebben we ook het geluk gehad mega grote meervallen te kunnen spotten. Erg indrukwekkend en gaaf. We hebben samen met nog een tweetal de duik gemaakt met Matjaz. Hij ontmoeten ons op de afgesproken meetingpoint en nam alle benodigde stullen voor ons mee. Zeker een aanrader en wanneer we terug zijn in Slovenië gaan we nog eens een duik doen.

Die Ufergegend ist richtig schön und verträumt, vor allem im Herbst mit morgendlichen Nebel. Wenn dann noch Bunte Blätter über den Steg am Ufer verteilt sind. Grandios!

Schönen Tauchgang mit Matjaz an der Promenade in Bled gemacht. Viele große Welse gesehen. Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und alles lief sehr entspannt ab. Ich komme gerne wieder!

I booked a dive with Matjaž during my days off in bled , and it was a really good dive , something way different that anything I’ve seen before , great knowledge of the fish that live in the lake , the gear was in great shape and the overall experience was great. I’m looking forward to do the cave course with him next time I’m in Slovenia
