Unorganisiert, überfordert und unfreundlich – keine Empfehlung!!!!!! Wir standen mit unserem Elektroauto an der IONITY-Ladestation in Gospić – und mussten über zwei Stunden warten, bis wir endlich laden konnten. Die Warteschlange wurde angeblich von zwei sogenannten "Charge Crew"-Mitgliedern verwaltet. Leider war das Ganze weder fair noch transparent. Fahrzeuge wurden offensichtlich nicht der Reihenfolge nach eingereiht, sondern willkürlich. Besonders negativ aufgefallen ist uns das Verhalten des kleineren Crew-Mitglieds. Auf unsere sachliche Nachfrage, wie viele Fahrzeuge noch vor uns seien, reagierte er unnötig unfreundlich und gereizt – und gab zudem eine falsche Auskunft. Dieses Verhalten ist absolut unangemessen und für eine Servicekraft inakzeptabel. Darüber hinaus ist die Station viel zu klein für den Andrang auf dieser wichtigen Transitstrecke. Nur wenige Ladepunkte, schlechte Organisation und unqualifiziertes Personal – das passt anscheinend zum Niveauniedrigsten Anbieter von Autoladestationen - IONITY. Wir erwarten dringend Nachbesserung, sowohl bei der Kapazität als auch beim Personal.

The best charger for long distance trips.

I have visited the station six times in the last couple of days and it was always crowded - due to the fact that there was one or two (out of six) stations not operating. Last time one of the stations froze and it could no been started by the app or by the “plug and charge” option. The other one seemed to be operating but during the first phase of charging (communitacio to the car) got stac in the process and locked the cable (manual a lock by the owners from the car trunck was needed)

Dass es in der Ferienzeit 15.07.25 zu Wartezeiten kommt war uns klar. Aber 2 von 6 ausser betrieb und schlange von 10 Autos ist sehr dünn! Nach 20 Minuten smalltalk mit vielen freundlichen Menschen endlich geladen. Volle Leistung, aber es muss ausgebaut werden. Wenn die Kühlflüssigkeit (Glycol) ausläuft und die Pumpe den Geist aufgibt sag ich: Ionity! Ihr könnt es besser! Update 1 Woche später: Alle Stationen in Ordnung, nur 5 -10 Minuten Wartezeit aber nur 90kw!

Enttäuschung pur.. Die Ladestationen funktionieren nur wenn keine Autos da sind, denn du musst immer mindestens bei 3 probieren das eine funktioniert. Jedes mal ein Theater.. Das einzig positive ist das genug Platz zum spielen für Kinder ist und Zeit braucht man hier genug wenns überhaupt funktioniert.

In der Reisezeit hoffnungslos überlastet. 2 von 6 Säulen waren darüberhinaus defekt. Chaos, da eine Reihenfolge der wartenden Autos kaum möglich ist. Allerdings gibt es ein neues sehr gutes Restaurant. Ionity muss dringend von 6 auf 12 oder besser 18 erweitern!

Very easy to find. The 350 kW charging speed is excellent, and there was a free charging spot available right away. No issues during the charging process. Clean restroom, snacks, and a coffee machine available on site – great for a short break. Highly recommended!

Auf der Hinreise vier Fahrzeuge am Laden, zwei weitere Fahrzeuge Probleme mit Aufbau der Verbindung. Bei uns alles okay. Auf der Rückreise an einem Mittwoch im Juli, angespannte Situation, 2 Säulen defekt, ca 10 Fahrzeuge in Warteschlage. Sind dann ca 5 km weiter zu einem Einkaufszentrum, wo es auch zwei Schnellader gibt.
