Danijela was great. She welcomed me with a smile and topped up my credit very quickly. Ivan also seemed to be good. I didn’t speak with him or understand but he seemed to be working diligently with the man in front of me to fix a problem. The wait was a bit long because of that guy’s taking forever but no issues otherwise.

It was the worst experience ever. Thanks god, I’ve finished my journey with Yettel, paid all the bills, closed the contract and will never ever choose this mobile operator. These guys play unfair games. They charge your account for any movement and add extra payments even if you are not using their mobile services. If you want to close your account, you have to pay extra money again. All together I had to pay around eight thousand dinars for the SIM card that I have never (really!!) used and also for closing the contract that I have never used. Moreover managers at the office behave terribly. They don’t try to help and talk to you like you’re worthless. Rude, provocative, and condescending. I felt humiliated after visiting the office. If you are reading this review I hope it will help you to make the right choice: stay miles away from the Yettel office and never go near it.

Posto nisam dobila uslugu dostojnu coveka, u Modeni, otisla sam u Promenadu 17.04.2025. i ODUSEVILA SE, Snezana Vujovic, druga Snezana i Teodora banka, odusevili nas, pozitiva pozitiva, tako strpljivo, kulturno obracanje, objasnjenje, znaju zene sta rade, ni jedno pitanje nije im tesko da odgovore, ljudi osecala sam se kao pravo ljudsko bice, toliko su divne i pozitivne, da su mi ulepsale dan i pri tome resila sve probleme. Hvala Snezana Vujovic i Tamara...( pre desetak dana, u Modeni promenite one zaposlene zaista bruka i sramota ko sve radi i prima platu, ponasaju se kao da smo mi njihovi robovi i to retardirani a oni bogovi, nisu zasluzili ni jedan dinar od plate, odmah otkaz). Yettel koristimo i ja i moja porodica vec 10 godina, odlicni ste, imam i opticki internet preko Vas, nema greske, zaista prezadovoljna, i sa ovim zaposlenima koje sam spomenula,operateri u info centru uvek ljubazni, ne cekam dugo, tako da odlicni ste, ja prezadovoljna sa uslugom i ponudama. 5 devojaka radi, i konstantno kao nesto kuckaju na onim laptopovima, nas 10toro ceka one opusteno kuckaju nikog ne primaju.. i pritom su apsolutno uvek otresite. kad god dodjem u yettel u promenadi uvek je red, uvek cekam, sto je prilicno nerazumljivo buduci da apsolutno svaki put ima puno devojaka koje su fizicki tu “rade”, takodje moram dodati da kad ih pitas nesto cesto ne znaju da daju odgovor, i uvek je do sistema koji ne radi…katastrofa….

Zaposleni su katastrofa, nikakve koristi od njih, prema korisnicima se ponasaju bahato i bezobrazno, posebno decko sa bradom (ne znam ime, koji radi u promenadi) i naravno niko od njih nista ne zna,i nije nadlezan za to i stalno upucuju na kontakt centar da se pozove.

!DISASTER! Here's the full story: On December 18th, I went to a Yettel branch to switch from my "Internet-only" mobile plan to a package that included home internet, mobile internet, and calls. I didn’t even need mobile services, as I already had a good tariff with Yettel for over a year, but I agreed to the package because it included home internet, which I needed. The gave me the package was 3,500 RSD, twice as much as what i had, and 4,000 RSD total once the home internet was installed which i anticipated and needed. The technicians were scheduled to come on December 22nd. On December 22nd, no one showed up. Instead, I received an SMS saying the request was "denied" and that they would call me. No one contacted me, so I returned to the branch. They rescheduled the appointment for December 25th. On December 25th, the technicians didn’t show up again, no calls either. I waited until the holidays were over and went back to the branch on January 10th. They apologized and scheduled a new appointment for January 12th. Additionally, even though i didn't activate or intsert the SIM card they gave me until the 31st it appeared that it has been activated long before I inserted it. By January 1st, they had already charged me 1,000 RSD for services I didn’t use at all. As if it was not enough, they forgot to disable my previous package that I didn't use even for a single day in january. I had to manually cancel it on my next visit. They told me it is my fault and i will have to pay... On January 12th, once again, no one showed up. I returned to the branch on January 15th, where they scheduled yet another appointment for January 16th. And, predictably, no one came or called. Frustrated, I went to their office on January 18th to cancel the contract entirely, since it was the only way to avoid breakage fees. They persuaded me to stay with a new offer—a 20,000 RSD discount over two years and assurances that the next appointment would finally go smoothly. Reluctantly, I agreed, but they still failed to deliver. I "!Specifically!" told them, separately, just so it is clear, that I want to hear from someone in case they can't come, otherwise, I'm terminating the contract. On January 21rd, 2 days before the date of the appointment, they called and said the technicians would arrive in 40 minutes to an hour. This was their fifth appointment attempt. No way, finally! I thought but "No way" it was, indeed. After two hours, I called them, but they didn’t respond. I called back that day and the next and the next, like 7 times, it is clear they did it on purpose. On January 23th, I contacted their support team they promised to look into it and call me back. They never did. In the evening I visited one of their offices, asking for an explanation. To my shock, they told me to go to another office to resolve the issue. Even when I asked for their manager, I was told the same thing. At the second office, the staff pretended that I had misunderstood the situation and said I just needed to “wait.” I reminded them that this was their fifth missed appointment and asked why no one had ever called me back, not once. They completely ignored the question. I immediately terminated the contract. I can't explain how frustrated and angry I was. The people handling this were so unhelpful and i could read in their face that they wanted me gone. I thought I would never in my life say that but I genuinely think every single person that handled this should get a pay cut. Maybe that will teach them to actually do their job.

Osoblje je zaista preljubazno i strpljivo. Ali onaj koji je smislio jedan salter za yettel banku je stvarno poseban lik. Ceka se na red vise od sat vremena. Devojka koja radi je sjajna. Sve objasni ali imas osecaj da ne smes nista da pitas zato sto ljudi koji cekaju lude ispred. Aplikacija za banku je odlicna, ali broj bankomata je mali i cesto ne rade sto je veliki minus.

All my interactions with staff of this shop were great. They gave me a clip to pul out the SIM slot so I can insert the Yettel SIM I bought in a kiosk, they answered my question I had, they changed my SIM to an eSIM. idk why people set 1 star when it's not that horrible in this Yettel Shop. I didn't even see anything bad in it expect for long queues but it's ok, it's not the staff's fault.
