Karlo sorted a problem we unsuccessfuly tried to solve online and on phone and through email with the Zagreb HQ for 3 months and lost all our nerves and trust in the company in 10 minutes, while having a smile on his face and even helped another customer in the meantime. So far this was the best experience with T-Com. Actually we were planning to quit. If they had more employees like this it would be many less problems for everyone Ah forgot to say all this happened 30mins before closing time, when mostly in Croatia they are not accepting customers anymore.
