Staying at Riverside Pool Villa was an unforgettable experience! The villa is beautifully located, surrounded by lush greenery and absolute tranquility – ideal for disconnecting and truly relaxing. Whether you're traveling with family or a group of friends, this place is perfect. The house itself is modern, spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything you might need – a fully stocked kitchen, cozy and comfortable beds, and a large living area with a stunning view of the pool and river. The private pool is the highlight – crystal clear, beautifully lit at night, with plenty of loungers and outdoor space to enjoy. There’s also a barbecue area, and we loved having dinner outside while watching the sunset. A special shoutout to the hosts – incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful, yet respectful of our privacy. Everything was perfectly prepared and organized from the moment we arrived. The location is also great for exploring – Sremski Karlovci and Novi Sad are just a short drive away, offering charming sights and amazing local wine. But honestly, once you're at the villa, you may never want to leave. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a mix of nature, luxury, and serenity. We’ll definitely be coming back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Predivno iskustvo! Kuća je savršena za opuštanje i uživanje – sve je besprekorno čisto, lepo uređeno i sa mnogo pažnje na detalje. Bazen je bio čista desetka, voda topla i čista, a dvorište savršeno za druženje i odmor. Domaćini su izuzetno ljubazni i susretljivi, sve je proteklo bez ikakvih problema. Idealno mesto za beg iz grada na jedan dan – definitivno dolazimo opet! 💙🏡

Proslavila svoj 48. rodjendan sa prijateljima u ovoj predivnoj vili. Nezaboravna dva dana. Ocarani smo lepotom i pogledom okoline. Moderni enterijer unutrasnjosti. Bazen je top! Sve preporuke! Eto nas uskoro!

If I was writing a review just to the outside of the house I would absolutely give it 5 Stars. But the inside of the house was simply UNCOMFORTABLE. In fact it was the most uncomfortable property I've ever stayed at but I paid my monthly New York salary for a 5 night stay. I will start with POSITIVE, which is the outside of the house. The pool is a fantastic oasis to cool down in summer heat. The property is on the top of the hill surrounded by vineyards. There is a firepit, a wood grill and a comfortable table to sit a large company. We have pictures of every sunset we saw there. You can't beat the location. The common area inside the house was good to hang out for a group as well. There was a sound system, lights and wall paintings that looked nice. Pool is well maintained and clean. It was cleaned before us, someone came during our stay and I saw men cleaning it as we were leaving. We ended up not using any of that. As It was a family retreat for 3 different generations not a wild party. Now the NEGATIVES. KITCHEN: The cookware is very worn out. The lids from the ports are either missing or broken. The frying pans (in pictures) are so scratched that they are unsafe to use. I went and bought my own. BATHROOMS: The bathrooms have no shower door and no threshold to keep water at bay. There is a partial glass but you have to stand so close to the wall for the water not to come out that showers were very unpleasant. Two of three showers were better as they had a proper incline that helped. One shower was not good. Every time we had to carry a bucket with a mop to mop the floor after every shower, including when you wanted to rinse off after a pool. One of the toilets needs repairs. The button comes out of the wall (pics) when flushed and then gets pulled in when the water stops running. It also made a cracking sound when in use like it was going to fall off the wall. We had a sign on the door - "do not use" during our stay. BEDROOMS: 2 bedrooms had 3 beds arrangement and 2 bedrooms one bed. We got a room with just one bed and a table near the bed. There was no chair, no hanger, no wall hooks. Nothing to suggest that I could keep my clothes anywhere but the floor when I took it off. In bigger rooms with 3 beds there were cheap looking, flimsy standing metal hangers. Pillows were memory foam and hard as a rock to sleep on. AC vents were very dusty. My daughter was on a nightly dose of Benadryl as she is allergic to dust. CLEANLINESS: The cleaning done before us was very sloppy. We arrived and found shattered glass on the stairs leading to the pools. We found a mop and cleaned it, only to find more by the pool, by the table outside and finally inside the house. I contacted the host and a manager and they came back within 2 hours and pressure washed the entire outside and vacuumed the first floor and left us with vacuum upon our request. They left us treats (a bottle of wine and cookies) which was nice. We were still finding traces of glass here and there after that but luckily no one was hurt. All bathroom trash cans didn't have bags and no bags were provided for them either. We got our own. PRIVACY: Someone came to check on the house or us the day before our departure. The manager informed me that someone is coming to check the house. I said we were OK, but received a response that it was something needed to be done. Then my mom told me someone came to look at us from around the bushes... Not sure of the purpose but felt weird. Overall, the stay not worth the money I paid for it. Its not a property for comfortable family stay, but probably good one for a crazy party where you are looking to get wasted.
