I strongly advise against making any arrangements with this gentleman or booking this accommodation. We tried several times, at the last minute, to book one of the available apartments in this "villa" that were listed on a booking site. The owner asked us to confirm everything in writing via email due to high demand. Eventually, he confirmed that we had a reservation in one of the apartments. The day before our departure, my partner called him to double-check, only for him to start apologizing, saying he hadn’t written down our reservation and that all the apartments were now occupied. As a result, we were left without accommodation just 12 hours before a several-hundred-kilometer trip, with a two-year-old child. In hindsight, it was already suspicious that the place was still available during peak season — now we know why.
