02.08.2025.-06:27h Dubravica-autobusni kolodvor, Žalosno kako tako mlada cura za početak smjene može biti bezobrazna i tako si dozvoljava pričati s ljudima. Pult sa sendvičima prazan, ispred nje bar 40 sendviča koje je dovršila i taman stavlja u vitrinu. Pričala sam sa blagajnicom koja me usluživala i nakon mojeg pitanja od čega su sendviči(odgovor pršut-tartufi), pitala sam da li ima gotovih sendviča od nečeg drugog je izazvala takvu reakciju iz cure koja je radila sendviče(duga smeđa kosa u pletenici, naočale), komentare koje ne bi poželila nikome. Blagajnica je pokušala "spasiti situaciju" ignoriravši cijelu situaciju, ali ovo je stvarno nedopustivo kako se dozvoljava razgovarati i iskaljivati na klijente. Hvala na lijepom začinjenom jutru.

Djelatnica Žana izrazito neljubazna i bahata....mene i neke Talijane je oprala jer smo gledali sendvice na što je dotična na sav glas počela vikati da je red na lijevoj strani. Sramota kako se odnosi prema kupcima. Postoji laki način da se riješi frustracije....otkaz.

Toda la comida del local tiene un aspecto muy apetecible. Todo parece casero. Nosotros compramos un burek de carne que estaba riquisimo. Un lugar muy recomendable.

Plitvice行きバス待ち時に利用。サンドイッチがおいしくて、Plitviceから戻ってきて違う種類を即購入。口コミ読むとピザもおいしいみたいだから、また来ようかな… 店内でも立って食べれるが、バス待合室でゆっくり食べるのもおすすめ。

Awful customer service, spoke to me in English then changed to Croatian and clearly were talking about me because I complained that they let people go infront of me in the queue, this was on 14/06/25 around 10 am and was two women working, I never ever give bad reviews however this place deserved it you should avoid

Awesome bakery, with unusually high quality and low prices combination, for a prime location of being right at the bus station. I took meat burek as well as a hotdog bun. Both were delicious.
